    • Not for everyone. I am 71 and eat as much sodium as I can and have perfect blood pressure. I guess you meant personally.

    • Definitely for me too! I was using that electrolyte for a few days, I then noticed I was so puffy. Then I saw the sodium. I’ll only use this, if I’m sick, not eating anything at all. I’m salt sensitive.

    • I ordered the LMNT, not realizing they had so much sodium, I definitely don’t add sodium to my meals, and my levels are fine. I’m sure that they are fine if sweating during workouts, but personally I was not a fan.

  5. I have eaten tamales occasionally, and I really like them, but we do not make them at home. My wife is from Phoenix, but I captured her and brought her to the Midwest. Years ago, her mother paid us a visit, and while she was there, she made homemade tamales for us. I think she had just learned to make them, and they were delicious. I am looking forward to these.
