I kid you not ….but I’ve started eating dry roasted peanuts if I need a snack before lunch…. and my acne is gone 😅
That’s interesting. Thanks for sharing what helped you.
@Drberg also intermittent fasting too, thanks to your advice.
Does this also apply to rosacea pustules ??
…and take 250-300 mg of Magnesium Glycinate with the 20K IUs of D3…
Thank you so much for this information
You’re absolutely welcome!
I use tea tree oil mostly , it keeps my skin nice n clear.
Acne is formed under the skin, you haven’t got acne simply because you are not prone to it, your tea tree oil cleanse definitely removes buildup but it does nothing in regards to acne 🙂
Going gluten free helped my skin alot
Me too! Every time I eat gluten I get acne
@eva-fx7ug it causes inflammation in the body
Zinc helps
My dermatologist recommended that, 50mg 2x daily and L-Lysine, 1000mg 2x daily to reduce inflammation. Zinc is so hard to take for me, really upsets my stomach, but I take it at least once daily with my largest meal
I don’t know, I changed my diet, tried everything and my skin is still super oily and with pimples, I believe I can’t do much since it’s caused by genetics.
Wish somebody had told mom this when I was in middle school.
Where was this video when I was in high school 😂
Taking 50k IUs of vit D3 (with K2) caused a major breakout for me. I looked online, and read that high vit D3 supplementation can cause an increase in androgens and a hormonal break out in some. Has anyone else had this prob? I went down to 10k IUs and my skin is clearing up, but my autoimmune issues are back. I want to do the 50k, but I can’t live with that acne.
For clarity, I am taking the K2, magnesium, zinc, and doing healthy keto. I’ve been keto for 7 yrs.
For me i notice a dramatic reduce in consuming seed oils also helps reduce my acne😊
Vitamin supplements can be taken all round the year?
Take K2 with the D3.
I used to loose 40lbs keto with you Dr but I can’t anymore
When I was younger and had a lot of acne, I noticed that it got worse when eating dairy. I stopped all dairy intake as an experiment and it completely went away in a few weeks and only returned when I consumed dairy. I’m not sure if there’s a link or not, but that was my own experience and maybe worth a try for others.
Thanks!
Sir is cystic acne on face , neck and body sign of vitamin d deficiency or vitamin A deficiency ?
Castor oil works wonders
Stress is also a big factor…my acne came from depression and anxiety…I became a Christian and all my troubles went away…since then my skin started to heal
Eat mushrooms regularly too, or nutritional yeast.
