  2. Wjat do you think about Ray Peat and his avoidance of omega-3 PUFA? Peter Attia MD appears to agree with him too

    • I can only assume that is back to the old “negative effects on mitochondria” argument. Rhonda Patrick PhD probably has a video on that topic since she takes and recommends omega 3 and refers to the omega index.

  3. I would love to get bloodwork done but can u recommend where is the best place to do it? Because i rly look for something near close to where i live in netherlands/germany.. also something that is not too expensive as well..

  4. To the guy, who asked about how Siim can eat that much calories: Start using apple cider vinegar before meals, if you don’t already. One-two tablespoon diluted in 1 cup of water. I can eat way more, since I started using it. To simplify, it gives you more stomach acid, that helps with digestion.

    Put “Q&A” in the beginnings of the titles.

    I looked at your video and my immediate reaction was “wtf, 45 min of fluff to talk about 10 sups for the brain?”

  6. The best advice for longevity is to skip alcohol from a young age and never touch it again, ever. It saves your brain and cognition, and every single tissue and organ.
