  3. Explain one meal a day and not eatings carbs and fat together? (Or how to for those of us not eating keto). Thanks.

    • he says this around 00:50 seconds and around 7 mins… he’s not actually eating 1 meal… just 1 MAIN meal apparently

  4. Health aside, you need insulin spikes throughout the day to be in an anabolic state, therefore OMAD is not optimal for muscle growth.

  5. Slim-if you only eat 1 meal a day with about 150 grams of protein then what happens to excess protein that you eat? Your body can only absorb a small about of protein at each serving, then remainder goes to fat storage?
