  1. These have helped me a lot in the past after lyme/gut induced inflammation.
The infamous shoulder problem (caused by the gall bladder ?) just went away within a day.
Collecting wild mushrooms as well but those are for the kitchen.

    • Your “lyme” inflammation,, do you get vaccinated? I suffer from this, and my symptoms are same as vaccine adverse reactions. Pretty sure my Lyme disease was injected into me with a needle. I know someone else that had just been diagnosed with Lyme disease, but had also just been vaccinated.

    • @Badass Mother Nope, 7 years ago already, starting out with a bug and a ring on my leg – so a positive id. Currently I have some food and inflammation challenges left but ao mushrooms, kefir and IF have helped me enormously. ‘Long’ haul lyme and covid have some eerie similarities, but then most inflammation mediated illnesses do. Things have been pretty bad back when, and pretty good nowadays.

    • @justforthehackofit Could you please explain what you mean with the “infamous shoulder problem (caused by gallbladder ?)”? I have problems with my left shoulder, wondering if it’s the same and if it can be cured

    • @B T sure, Dr Berg has shared some videos on gall bladder problems and referred pain in the right shoulder (having to do with nerves running between the 2). Re the left shoulder he suggested this may stem from the pancreas but I seem to recall the gall bladder can’t be ruled out. So worth diving into one of his ball bladder videos and to consider if you have pain in the gall bladder or pancreatic area at times.

    • @justforthehackofit I have chronic pain on my shoulder though my gallbladder was removed 12 years ago. Should I suspect the pancreas?

  2. يا لك من دكتور مذهل انت تحظى بمتابعين كثيرين من الدول العربية وخاصة العراق .في العراق اشتهرت الحمية الكيتونية بفضلك بارك الله فيك.

  3. 1:56 Reishi – natural xanax, calming effect, against anxiety, better sleep, lower cortisol.
2:24 Lion’s Mane – natural adderol, for cognitive function, attention deficit, learning abilities, focus, concentration, memory, repare neuro tissue, bdnf
3:57 Shiitake – blood pressure, gut microbiome, killer T cells
4:17 Turkey tail – anti cancer, strengthen immune system

  4. Good Morning , Dr.Berg 🌞
Thank you so much. for sharing this Interesting Information and Great advice with everybody ❤
Have a wonderful weekend , God bless you all !

  5. Another one I’ll add is the Enoki mushroom, they’re long and skinny and get stuck in your teeth but they have the anti-cancer properties too. Another one I like is the King Trumpet, largest of the Oyster mushroom family. If you happen to have an Asian grocery close they’ll have most of these mentioned.

  6. I had a nursing instructor who said that in some countries, reishi mushroom is use to treat the human papillomavirus. My favorite is shiitake

    • ☝️ look up to that handle,
He’s got chocolate bars, magic shrooms,DMT,LSD,ket, THC, comes with guidelines and ships globally🍄🍫💊

  7. Are the benefits only there when eaten raw?? Or are they still there after being cooked?? Thank you!!

    • Most mushrooms should be cooked, especially wild ones. I’ve heard of people making tea with some mushrooms such as turkey tail and chaga.

    • When my friends and I would “do mushrooms”, we’d go to 7-eleven and fill up cups with the hot water for tea. Once outside we each put our dried mushrooms in to our hot water for mushroom tea. Always was a better trip than eating dry.

  8. I appreciate the mushroom discussion Dr Berg. I have been eating more for some time but need to increase my use here in the Philippines also.

  9. Finding Shiitake and now lions mane to cook with is fairly easy. I have found Turkey Tail in the wild maybe even Reishi. I have a good eye and friends that are shroomers take me along. would we just dry the second two out and powder them? Or do people cook with them? Also when you cook your mushrooms does that change their properties? Happy New Year to you and your family!!

    • look up Paul Stamets — he has been studying mushrooms for years, he has a LOT of info online and his stuff is fascinating. He has info somehwere on how to use them and how to cook them?? I think! 😀

  10. This is very interesting info! Thank you Dr. Berg!
Is there some special way these mushrooms should be prepared, or should they be eaten raw?

  11. I have been cancer free for three years now. Without a doubt, the biggest improvements to my health have come from what I have learned here from dr.berg. I have implemented the diet used by guy tannenbaum, and fast 20 hours daily. I continue with a very active lifestyle of long distance cycling and yoga, and feel completely energized. I have also learned to forage natural reishi, turkey tail and chaga mushrooms from the forest here in British Columbia. I consume them daily, primarily in tea, and I notice a significant reduction in inflammation. Highly recommend. Thank you dr. Berg, your message has changed my life!

    • Dr. Berg is amazing, he is like Dr. House a solution for lots of problems.

Cancer free for three years, I hope you can multiply it with 10. Keep up the healthy lifestyle 👍.

  12. I am really struggling with staying on keto I lost 25 pounds a few years ago but gained it all back and a few more after going thru menopause. I know it is a mental thing but I also feel like I need biscuits or crackers in the morning for my stomach with my medicine I feel slightly nauseous and I keep blowing it… I want to do better!

  13. dr berg can you please make recipes for salad dressings and is there a good type of vegetable oil that isn’t bad for you

    • My first experience was one of the best feeling I had .thanks to my healer look him up he’s on my handle

  14. Just curious on mushrooms for people with mold and lyme illness. The FMD suggests not to take mushrooms if you have mold illness.

  15. Great stuff. However, don’t eat a huge meal of them. I have done that twice and it put me off them for many months. It was bad in the fact that I really like them, but I could not stomach them, literally.

  16. I always told my kids I was a fun guy 🤣🤣🤣
    Superb video!
Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
    Peace and blessings!

  17. You’re really going to leave out cordyceps? Definitely my favorite out of all the medicinal shrooms. I have tried them all and usually always have one or two in my rotation. Currently using a cordyceps extract and a reishi extract. Both are extremely effective.
