I do that dry fast, also that vid u did yrs ago with spongebob and patrick lol cough cough what is happening ๐๐ He dry fasted like a champ. I dry fast 3-4 days feels Amazing the body is in overdrive
What is your strategy for doing a 4 day fastโฆ. Any tips โฆ thank you
@Kim Davis make sure you stock up but in a good way. Bananas, fruits but I also like to sneak in apple cider with lemon to get a kick start. For Fluids I drink Water and green tea. All That will hold your body for a good period. Every 4 days I will try and do a dry fast, or you can mix it up 2 days water fast and 2 days dry if u want to feel comfortable. It works for me but test your body, listen to your body
If I take two days a week off in a row from weight lifting, would skipping eating on the second recovery day, each week be beneficial?

I still use the rule of thumb: Under 50 calories a few times a day should be fine for longevity fasting. Especially, if the calories are not from carbs. Main thing is keeping blood glucose low and ketones go high. Meaning a cup of coffee/tea+teaspoon of collagen, glycine or cacao powder(5grams) is also fine. This also makes fasting alot easier since you tend to get cold while fasting. Hot beverages+glycine makes you warm and calm. You really want to keep cortisol low during fasting. Another thing to add could be pink(himalayan) salt for your electrolytes.

To be honest. I think 16/8 fasting is ONLY good if it’s 2MAD with 7-8 hours in between meals. If you keep eating in that 8 hour window with lots of snacking it’s still bad.
with a lot of video bloggers here on YouTube i hve noticed that every presenter speaks far to fast, it sounds not natural at all. No one can speak so quickly. Its hard to understand everything. Is Youtube speading up the videos? For some. reason i or we dont know?
