  2. I LOST 100LBS TWICE TOO!!! OMG I finally feel like I found someone I can relate to 🥰 You inspire me to make my own Chanel and tell my story too ❤️ I’m a lil teary eyed because this video reminded me of the emotional journey weight loss is (TWICE!) and even tho I weigh in at 158lbs today, I’ll never forget that 300lb girl holding a baby and looking in the mirror wondering if I’ll ever find myself again. The story goes beyond just being keto. It’s so much more ❤️ thank you for sharing your story! You have a beautiful soul

    • @Suzi Que yes I did keto! I’ve stayed keto too! I absolutely love this lifestyle ❤️ and staying Healthy Keto with low carb veggies, quality meats and dairy, I don’t see why I ever need to add high carb to my diet ever again.

    • @Sam thank you. I have finally broke the curse of cravings. I’m afraid to even try something for fear my sugar addiction will storm right back.

    • @Suzi Que I personally feel once my body actually detoxed from sugar then the strong cravings subsided. I still like sweet and I like things like stevia and cream in my coffee tho. Developing a healthy relationship with food is part of the journey.

  3. My daughter began her weight loss journey about a year ago and has lost 100 lbs. She still wants to lose another 80 lbs. Her determination is so inspiring and I am so happy she is doing this for her health.

  4. Such an inspiring story!
I was around 320 and lost some weight by a calorie deficit and then I started Keto at 278 and am down to 168. It is truly a lifesaver for me!

  5. I started keto 2 months ago and lost 33lbs so far. I recently came across one of your recipe videos on Instagram and ended up binge watching all your recipes. Lol
Thank you for sharing your story and being such an inspiration.

  6. I’ve been”KETO” for just over a year now and am almost at 60 pounds down. I have always had “slow” metabolism but still trucking!😊

  7. Congratulations 🎉 you look fabulous!
I’ve been on Keto for a year and half and feel so good mentally and physically! Still have a ways to go but I know it’s possible now ! Thanks for all the great recipes! Keep up the good work !

  8. I loved your keto journey story, very inspiring. I’m just starting, but I’m still at that infancy stage you could say where I’m learning what and what not to eat. The hardest for me is knowing how to prepare a effective keto meal. Still trying to learn the do’s and don’t. You all make it seem very simple, would love any advice, tips, direction to make my keto journey a success too.

  9. I only recently found your channel. I’m 3 months in and down 39lbs I started at almost 400lbs and I’ve never been able to consistently follow a diet. Thank you for your channel I’m glad I found you❤️

    • Can you tell me what calorie amount and kinda what you ate the first month? I broke my keto after 2 wks and keep falling into emotional eating

    • @Christine Elliott what has worked for me is don’t say your doing keto or your in a diet. When you say your in a diet your prohibiting certain things and that will make you crave it more and fall back. I say to myself that i am trying new meals and look up new low carb meals to try and just go with that flow of trying new things. Once you get used to what foods you can eat you automatically just do it without thinking.

    • @Christine Elliott basic foods are eggs, meats, dairy(mainly cheeses) fruits(berry family), all green veggies. You have to get creative so you don’t get tired of the same thing. You can make a lot of things with egg and cheese as your base. Almond flour is a good substitution and xtreme wellness tortillas are really good &’low carb.

  10. Yes definitely interested in the “calories in calories out” thank you for sharing your journey. I lost 30lbs on keto and have maintained with a low carb diet and struggling to get back on keto …your meal planning is really helping me plan it out so that I don’t snack and give in to cravings…thank you for these tips 🙏

  11. Everytime I get into ketosis I get pregnant I swear 😂
Anyway, I’m starting my keto journey again (on birth control this time) and I’m so glad I’ve found you! You look amazing!

    • when people say eat more fat its not about losing weight though, it’s not for everyone but it’s healthy if you consume the right fat and helps you to go on for a long term without being hungry and gives you more energy, clearly all she thinks about is losing weight…

    • @Nancy Ellen I eat high fat and high cholesterol. After starting keto my LDL went from 106 down to 68. HDL (good cholesterol) went from 44 to 88, and triglycerides went from 150 to 45.

    • @tinknal That’s awesome. Congrats 👏. My daughter and I are also doing Jeto. Glad to know you’re cholesterol results are outstanding. Hopefully, ours will also decrease. 💯💯👍👍😁😁

  12. You’re a wonderful person 🙂💗 I started at 320 lbs And I am down to 210 in 15 months thanks to you and your wonderful recipes!.

    • Wow – that’s amazing… I am addicted to sugar, carbs and everything bad for me… How do you survive (lol) those cravings? I feel like such a failure as I had lost alot of weight (not keto), then in 2020, I lost my mom who was (is) everything to me and since then, I find solace in eating… The cravings are so strong – does it get back with time?

    • @Robin Kershen Robin, I recommend never to take out all your sugar when you start Keto! take it out very slowly. You can do a dirty version of keto works just as well and that’s what I do now. How I maintain my weight? I eat dirty keto during the week and on the weekend I splurge big time.

  13. I’m Keto curious and one point away from pre-diabetes. I was “almost pre- diabetes and hyperthyroid” in 2017 and all but gave up gluten and my numbers went back to normal. Recently my PA told me I’m one point from pre-diabetes. I really love her videos and she makes keto look doable and fun with the easy recipes. So I’m trying my best to commit to the lifestyle.

  14. I lost 30+ pounds on keto and kept it off for 3 years. Before keto, I lost the same 5 pounds hundreds of times. I feel so much better. I’m still working on that last 10 pounds and will get there. I love your recipes!

  15. Hi , just saw you this morning . You really medicated me when I was ready to give up!
I have 100 pounds to loose and I ll be following you daily now. Thanks for sharing your story . I am ordering the probiotic supplement and think that will help a lot as I have UC . I like that your just honest and easy going .

  16. Thanks for sharing your journey. A couple of years ago my doctor recommended I try a Keto diet along with intermittent fasting. I lost 40 pounds in 3 months and all my blood work normalized. Unfortunately I didn’t stick with it and gained the weight back and then some. Your channel is helping me to continue with my Keto lifestyle. I’m enjoying the recipes and I’m losing weight.

  17. Thank you so much for all your videos. Your story sounds like mine! I’ve lost 85 lbs so far. But since pandemic I been up and down but I’m not giving up on the goal. I also have a 10 year old who is my mini me and tries to do what I do. Looking forward to your video about caloric intake.

  18. So glad I found your channel… I am starting the Keto diet about three weeks ago, and I’ve gone from 100kg (220lbs) to 94kg (207lbs)… I’ve done Keto diet before in 2017, I was at 79kg (174lbs), but then it gets harder to maintain the diet because of my family influences… They keep saying, “Just eat this, just eat that”, I’ve explained to them what I can eat, and what I can’t… And they’re like “But Potato and Corn is healthy, just eat it”, and they sometimes straight not believing Keto diet actually works, because they have never seen it before.. They’re weirded out on my meal having so much oil and fat… And that kinda bums me out on maintaining it, so I just stopped after only 2 months.. I kept eating carbs for the past years and gaining weight much more than I was before Keto.. Cut to a month ago, which is my birthday, I got a notification on Facebook showing my picture 5 years ago.. And that picture hits me hard, I was like… “Oh wow.. That’s me..? How did I become this fat slobbering person..? This is not me.. That’s me.. I’m almost 30, I can’t be looking like this.. I need to be like that again..” Then I started slowly eating less and less carbs, and eventually into Keto diet again.. It’s easier to do the diet now as I have a place of my own, and nobody’s judging me… And then I tried searching for recipes on YT, that’s how I found your channel.. And through your recipes and tips, I didn’t feel like I am dieting, I feel like I’m just eating what I always ate.. So that just motivates me to keep dieting… Thanks..
