  7. I’m having so much trouble getting in to keto. I’d love to see some meal plans for lunch and dinner. I actually think low-carb without the ‘keto’ is more my style. Maybe holding my carbs from 50-80 g per day which is considered ‘low carb’ not keto. Your recipes are all yummy

  10. I love that you track calories as well as carbs! I’m doing 1500 calories and under 20 net carbs. Almost at my goal weight, only three pounds to go! Tracking my calories and going down to 1500 is what did it, not keto without tracking calories.

    You have given me SO many good tips.
    I found cinnamon Catalina Crunch at Costco today (saw you eat it). I had 1 serving with some almond milk as my lunch.
    It really took care of my cereal craving!

    • I’m new to this whole thing.
      I had lap band surgery in 2011. My highest weight was 286 and I’m down to 175. Want to lose 60 more lbs. Just bought an air fryer to make some of the chicken recipes. Don’t really eat a lot of red meat.
      All the desserts look delicious but not going to make them while trying to lose weight. I need to find the best electrolyte powders to add to my water. There’s to many to choose from.

  16. Sugar free Cool Whip takes the same as the regular Cool Whip, although I do prefer the Ready Wip style. Sometimes it comes down to cost. I would love to see the full lunch and dinner ideas for the lower calorie and yet Keto. Thank you for the great snack ideas!
