  1. Dr.Berg you are so so amazing beyond mere words can say.I thank you for all youve taught me about fasting.I just completed 36 hour fast gonna do 48 hour one this week.Kudos to people who do more than that.

    • @Brilliant Beaches .- Yes, God did teach us about fasting, but it’s important to know that while we do get the physical and nutritional benefits, that’s just an added bonus, the real reason for fasting is the spiritual side and it includes praying to the one true God, and now since 2000 + years ago, we know that His name is Jesus Christ.

  3. best doc in the entire world – information wise – he is bomb – he makes us more knowledgable so we can take action on our health and help us where our traditional doctors fail in providing us with an answer to our problems!!!!!!

    • @Dr. Eric Berg DC Dr can you please make a new detailed video about Familial Hypercholesterolemia?
      I also found some articles mentioning that Coagulation Factors are more important cardiovascular risk factors than high LDL-cholesterol in people with familial hypercholesterolemia. Could higher cholesterol on people with FH actually be healthy and pose no risk at all? Also how good of an indicator is a CAC test for this?
      What other alternatives there are? So far the pharma are only promoting Statins and PCSK9 inhibitors which is very unfortunate.

  4. Also, in the brain Zinc can deplete copper, so important if supplementing with Zinc to also add copper.
    Also, Dr Berg, what is your opinion of Echinacea?
    Also, Dr Berg, there was a study just before covid that seemed to be showing Vitamin D and Zinc seemed to be acting like an autocorrect function at the cellular level for DNA. Maybe another video?

    • Where do I get copper most zincs Nauseate me, except for zinc carnicine and used for indigestion which is a life savior. Do I have to take a mineral supplement or can I take just copper. Also if anyone knows of a zinc that does not cause nausea let me know thank you

If all that information came out before covid, then look what happened during covid, they (i.e so called experts) really are trying to kill us. “Stay inside” they said, so that we don’t get natural vitamin D, “don’t go to the store except once a week” so that we wouldn’t be able to get our supplements.🧐 😡

  6. I was going to try to do just a water fast and I felt awful this morning (Day 3) . I decided to add Dr Berg supplements (electrolytes and B12 yeast pill ) wow immediately felt revived . I have the green powder as well and going to drink that in a bit . Fasting is important but grateful Dr Berg has shown us a smarter way of fasting .. especially since most of us can’t stop working for long periods . (I know this isn’t topic of vid ) but just want to thank you Dr Berg

    • @nazar afridi thank you for your concern, I know those who follow Islam fast and pray. We who follow Jesus/Yeshua are also urged to fast and pray, but many ignore this, sadly. Your diet is also much more healthy than so much of what we eat in western countries. I believe your dietary guidelines come from Abraham/Ibrahim, much as the Hebrew diet does. I enjoy eating healthy foods and like the dishes of your lineage, very much, lentil soup is a favorite.

    • @nazar afridi eating healthy foods good for you me I just need to work on not eating that much carbs eating less carbs cuz I eat one meal a day or two meals date cuz I do email fashion intermittent fasting I don’t eat meat once I eat one meal I got stick I eat the next day I do not snack my meals

    Drinking water regularly from a copper bottle helps with copper deficiency. The vessel has to be sitting on the wooden surface . There is lot of information on this topic available on you tube I believe .

    • Is this useful for cleansing the humours? I’ll ask my phrenologist when I’m done with my blood letting appointment about the wooden surface, I heard it was supposed to be granite under a waning moon

  10. Folate is the natural form and folic acid is the synthetic form, often added to foods because of its health benefits. To get more folate, add more beans and lentils to your plate on a regular basis, as well as leafy green vegetables. Avocado is another tasty source. You can also get folic acid in fortified foods

    • Be advised that beans contain high levels of lectins which have been shown to thin the mucosal lining of the intestinal tract which can lead to ‘leaky gut’ where pathogens can enter the body

  11. Dear Dr. Eric, I am immensely benefiting from your recommendations for Cancer patients through KETO Dieting .
    I got diagnosed with malignancy in pyloric antrum in 2021 November, undergone series of Chemotherapy. Inspite of recovering in February 2022, it did not lasts till September 2022, as symptoms recurred back to same size of 57mm x 37mm INFLAMMATORY pyloric antrum considered as malignant.
    Now I seriously following
    KETO DIET plus IF.
    I have question is about RESISTANT STARCH using green Bananas ???
    Why because , traditionally southern Indians ( as I am from) for centuries got a habit of “Green Banana slices roasted in virgin coconut oil”.
    We got a unique green banana variety exclusively used for these chips.
    I look for your comment .

  12. Dr Berg – You’ve covered chronic sinusitis but any new ideas on helping the runny nose, watery eyes and breaking up sinus biofilms would be so appreciated. Thanks for all the help.

    • Im 43. For my whole life I have had constant stuffy sinuses, runny nose, occassionally sinus headaches, get basic colds often and they last forever. I am not frail or sickly. I lift weights, 6 ft, stay pretty fit. Mouth breathed as a result forever. Just assumed this was normal and how it goes. In my 30s I realized that my 4 colds a year required more than rest and let it heal as docs say. I required antibiotics, not because of the virus of course, but because my sinises were so clogged that bacterials onfections would pop up and never clear out. It was a sad cycle that I would hoard antibiotics because i knew only way i could get better and docs are stupid.

      One day about a year before covid i saw a dr berg video on vitamin d. I saw another video on nose breathing and how to convert to it, but i was still having issues since obviously my nose was mostly clogged. After about 2 minths of vitamin D all of a sudden my nose cleared up for a few days. I forced myself to nose breathe. The conbo of both changed everything. You sinuses get used to being used. If you mouth breathe, the sinus stay narrow and unused. The D lowered inflammation and let some air get it while the use of my nose made it stronger.

      Later I added daily flossing and steam showers to further help moisturize my sinuses and to keep bacterial infections at bay. I started not getting sick anymore.

      Covid happened and i added k2 and magnesium. All of a sudden it clicked perfectly. I sleep better, no more apnea, my brain was more at ease and i dropped 30 lbs. My nose is almost never stuffy, only runs when super cold for a long time or sick and then clears up quickly, like in hours.

      I then gave up all sugar. Went low carb. Oh my word. Its like it never happened

    • @castricv This sounds like a great protocol. I’ll try these suggestions in my war against sinus symptoms. I’d never heard of flossing (sinuses as opposed to teeth) so I googled. Thank you!

    • @alycep.5886  i hope it helps in some way its so freeing. I literally proselytize it wherever i go lol. There’s a few other smaller things i do for overall health, but that is the crux of it. I can’t remember the last time i choked at night or wasn’t breathing naturally through my nose.

      I grew up in louisiana so it was really bad, but it didnt improve much for 20 years in TN, but it helps on some level everywhere

    • @castricv  I did a vitamin d test and my levels came back normal but for some reason, I still feel like my vitamin D is still low. Is there anything I can do to investigate this further?

  13. Dr. Bergs videos have changed my life. I’ve been listening, learning & supplementing for 3 years & I am healthier than I’ve been in over12 years. I’ve suffered with intense pain & been compromised by too many medications over the years, having no other choice at the time; then I found Dr.Berg through a friend.   14. Dr. Berg is really good at explaining stuffs. Its compact yet comprehensive. Like, i can listen to a video of his in one go & be able to share at least 60% of the info. Im not good at explaining stuffs so thats a pretty good number lol.

  15. There’s no doubt that these nutrients are important for health. Though just as the whole low carb lifestyle has turned around many old health concepts I wonder when the concept of the “immune System” will be fully challenged. The concept that our bodies have a ‘Cleaning Up’ system makes so much more sense. As well as what are the real reasons why we fall ill and have cycles of illness. I look forward to this new knowledge.

    I’m taking a handful of supplements such as calcium ,magnesium ,zinc d3 &k2 ,boron ,turmeric msm,bromelian vit C mainly for bone health .
    I been opening the capsules and mixing it in the morning smoothies
    Maybe it’s a dumb question but
    I was wondering if that has the same effect or the high speed mixer would do no good?
