  2. Need to specify the gram amount of coffee and caffeine

  3. I do specifically remember one study that said something like if you drink like 1 cup of coffee a day it can increase your risk for heart disease but if you’re drinking 2 or 3 coffees a day goes back down to normal.

  4. It makes my feet and hands cold and my joints stiff and re-aggravates my Shingles. BUT to each their own

  5. Is there anything that indicates timing makes a difference? I usually drink a half liter of coffee in one big morning cup. I try not to consume caffeine after 11am to avoid decreased sleep quality

  6. Actually most knowledgeable people have long understood that coffee has many health benefits and few health negatives. The negatives of coffee have long been debunked. The study you cite merely confirms what we have known for over a decade.

  7. We’re you and dr. Nicoloantonio were saying that coffee depletes glycine? I remember it was as much as 100mg per cup

  8. Still, no one has addressed whether caffeine reduces blood flow to the brain and possible consequences!
