  1. Coconut oil is great for weight loss also. Eat a spoonful before each meal. It will speed up your metabolism. I lost a lot of weight that way Just check with your doctor first before you eat it if you are taking medication

    • I’ve heard the Costco version of La Croix is better than the real one. I’ve tried waterloo. Not a fan. One of my favorites I’ve found recently is the Good and Gather at Target.

    • Myra, es muy importante k aprendas a leer ingredientes porque la parte del frente no siempre enseña la verdad, checa el canal de flavcity en YouTube para k aprendas y enseñes a tus seguidores de la manera correcta, saludos 🤗

  2. You can soak and dry the Pecansin the dehydrator (ie sprout them) It doesn’t damage the oils and activates the enzymes your body needs to digest them. You can add your “candy” mixture to them and re-dehydrate….amazing snack! The texture of the Pecans changes after sprouting them… a very delicate, lite crunch. Yum

  3. A lot of those snacks had sugar or brown rice syrup. They are just going to stall people or trigger them. For people watching please read the ingredients before spending the money. Thanks Myra. I love so many of your recipes. Just great.

    • Very true, like the Bitchin’ sauce she showed has Grape Seed oil in it, which has been shown to cause alot of inflammation.

But most people doing low carb or looking to start a low carb diet aren’t necessarily worried about trace amounts of bad ingredients like that. They are more worried about staying under a certain carb number and still enjoying what they eat.

She showed some really good items on this trip as well, and she’s helping the low carb community, respect to her!

    • So true, I got “keto” chocolate chip cookies at Costco and they were definitely not keto and absolutely triggered me.

    • Unreal Chocolate has added sugar and one little bar is 8 carbs and 1 fiber. Don’t do it guys, it will throw you off ketosis!! Especially the people that just started and work so hard to get there to that point.

    • Check flavcity on YouTube, he is really good teaching about reading the ingredients instead of just read the front part of the product

  4. I love the cauliflower rice I’ve bought that many times and it’s so good 😋 the jalepeno dip looks really good I think i may have to try that, I always see those pickles and I’m like next time I’ll buy you 😆 I think I will buy them, I like this type of video you should do more like this 🙂

  5. Spindrift is a healthier drink choice for me. I avoid natural flavorings. I love the goat cheese. I don’t like costco eggs, but love their organic hard-boiled eggs. Just not all the packaging. Love the frozen plain cauliflower rice. Love Unreal!! Always be careful of “keto” labeled items are mostly not clean enough for me

  6. Hey Mayra, I’m new to and love your channel and have been intermittent fasting and using some of your recipes(which are delicious) so I recently saw a video where you used an entire jar of Choc Zero keto hazelnut chocolate spread(I believe it was a recipe for brownies) so I went to the choc zero website and got a couple of jars of the hazelnut spread and a bottle of the maple syrup, problem is I can’t find the recipe anymore!! Can you remember a recipe you had that used an entire jar of hazelnut spread? Aaaaaaa!! 😢

  7. Love this! I hope you make more videos outside of your kitchen like going to different popular restaurants and giving examples on what to order to stay on the low carb life style. Thanks!

  8. This by far one of your best videos. Very informative for us who are on the keto lo carb life especially for those who are starting. We can see real products that we can buy

    • Well if you are starting, read the labels first, most of the snacks had added sugar. It will throw you fast. I love Myra’s videos but this one had a few misses. I shop at Costco and wouldn’t buy most or any of those snacks. But Myra has great videos on making yummy mug cakes.

  9. I am glad you are pointing out the oils we should be eating. I’ve been using coconut oil in just about everything.

  10. My favorite Costco items are Coffee, Pork Rinds, Heavy Cream, Bacon, Canned chicken, Eggs and rotisserie chicken. As a carnivore I can eat for a month on the above items. At 63 & a light eater I can make 5 meals with the chicken alone (chicken breast, chicken salad, chicken nachos, egg drop soup then bone broth in my Instapot. Hands down Costco over Sam’s anyday!

  11. Wait shish in a bowl? I love that idea. I found shelf stable cauliflower rice yesterday. The wheels in my head are spinning. (BTW great video, we are doing a Costco run this weekend)

  12. That organic ground beef at Costco is not grassfed, just so you know. It used to say it was many years ago, but hasn’t claimed to be for a long time. Unless your Costco has something different than mine, but our is organic and also that price. So I believe it’s the same one.
