Today we’re going to talk about fecal microbiota transplantation and how to support your microbiome naturally.

Fecal microbiota transplantation has been found to be effective for certain conditions, including:
• C. diff
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Autism
• MS
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Parkinson’s disease
• Chronic fatigue syndrome
• Acne
• Depression

Fecal microbiota transplantation may also help decrease the risk of cancer and has been found to be superior to antibiotics.

Fecal transplant has been around for many years. However, if we had a better relationship with our microbes, we may not even need this therapy. The more we sterilize our environment, the more we’re going to need this therapy.

Things to avoid to support your microbiome:
• Drugs
• Chemicals
• Pesticides
• Herbicides
• Antibiotics
• Milk products
• Canned products
• Juices
• Radiated foods

The best ways to support your gut microbiome:
1. Consume a wide variety of plant foods
2. Consume fermented products
3. Lower your stress
4. Do fasting
5. Exercise
6. Take a colostrum supplement (consider breastfeeding for newborns)
7. Take a probiotic

  1. Good Morning Dr B
Love the content. You cover so much and current up to date info.
    Your humor is also perfect.
Looking forward to your New Channel 🎉

  2. Thanks for bringing oxalates to our attention Dr. Berg, This has been my problem most of my life.
Women look up oxalates and breast cancer

  3. Absolutely great video. The more you educate yourself, the more you see the connection to well being , never more so today as awareness is your best friend

  4. I had a c diff infection about 14 years ago and was treated immediately with Vancocin. For the next 10 years I had serious IBS without the infection. This was before the fecal implant became well known to the public. I could not eat much for that entire decade, probiotics made symptoms so much worse. Im not sure how I healed but I ( never the same as before) often hear now others who have had a lot of success with the fecal implant treatment

    • That vancomycin can kill somebody! It can shut down your kidneys ! My daughter acquired c. Diff because of her many infections and surgeries where they had to run antibiotics. I was thankful that before we did the fecal transplant I asked him to let me please try the natural things and it worked. Reagano colloidal silver and probiotics saved her

    • @Anita søbæk olsen I am from India and never heard of this fecal implant. My sister suffers from parkinsos. How much does this treatment cost and where do you recommend it to be done please.

  5. I had one 2 years ago.
Doc told me he tested over 400 people before finding a donor who was healthy enough to qualify.

    • In the states eighty percent of obese or fat people have metabolic syndrome. Sixty percent of normal and thin people also have metabolic syndrome.
Now consider that there are more people who are overweight than normal weight, I would guess that about 75 percent of people have metabolic syndrome.
That leave you with 25 percent who do not. No one will test the fat people, so you lose them, even if they don’t have problems. And just because you don’t have metabolic syndrome, does not mean you do not have other health issues. Being underweight also increases your risk of death. You could be underweight because of an eating disorder, because you are ill or because of genetics. But like the fat people, likely not going to be tested.
So you are left to find the healthy person in the group of normal weight people.
      Needle in a haystack.

    • @Josdlingen  I am trying to recover from a host of diseases resulting from being prescribed fluoroquinolones. It destroyed my immune system. Neuro damage / gut dysbiosis, CIRS (mold), Lyme, Chemical (glyphosate) toxicity, heavy metal poisoning, mast cell disorders.
With all of this going on, it’s difficult to determine what’s causing what.
But the transplant DID kill the C. Diff.

    • 0.25% of local population says everything about the standard American diet. It also says something about the fundamental awareness

  6. Dr. Berg said it again! ❤
Plants, fermented, stress free, fast, excersise, colostrum and probiotics!
    Have a blessed Sunday everyone!✝️

    • @El Dorado oh yes!! And lots of meat, butter, cheese and eggs too my sweet friend!! Well…in moderation! 😂❤🥰

    • @Yankee 🌹 Rose Meat, butter, cheese and eggs are all I eat. With tea and a daily cup of black coffee. Never felt better!

    • @Greg Ackerson I love that way of eating too!! I’ll fast and alternate meat and Keto. Hope you have a beautiful weekend much love from South Carolina. 🥰❤🌅

  7. My Mom had C Diff and passed away 10 yrs ago from it. This treatment was considered experimental at the time (USA) the Gastronology Dr had 99% success rate, but hospital was unwilling to let her have procedure. She was too ill to be moved to hospital to allow treatment. Dr also used transplant microbes (poop) from close family members or who you live with.

  8. By the way, Fecal Transplant is primarily used to treat specifically C-Diff infections…..it’s an amazing thing cause without FMT people with C-Diff will always have to worry about another painful outbreak for the rest of their lives…. I’m so grateful FMT is around to help with this

  9. I STRONGLY considered FMT while I was suffering with a c diff infection. I had a great microbiome before it came along and wiped me out! Luckily, I was able to rebuild the good bacteria over a six month period and using low FODMAP diet for a short period of time. I did do a LOT of research on FMT during that time though, and it is amazing for so many things. I kept saying – I want a young, happy, athletic female to be my donor!!! 💩

  10. I heard about this about 10 years ago,
As a treatment for Chrones disease.
When I spoke about it, my neighbour who suffer with Crones disease, said I must be nuts!
Couple of years later, they had the transplant done!
I wasn’t quite so crazy then.
    🤣🤣🤣🤣
But it’s amazing what the body can do!

  11. This was almost the last resort for my daughter who had c diff. She had several infections and due to the antibiotics got c diff over a long period of time. But I started her on probiotics colloidal silver and oregano and she was able to get over it without the transplantation… What I’m now realizing is that this is basically restoring your bacterial biome in the gut

    • Yes and the worst is yet to come. Hard to believe but it’s true!! The UN (WHO/WEF included) Agenda 2021 Depopualtion Program/Digital ID infringements ongoing and moving forward rapidly now towards the UN Agenda 2030 NWO oppression and AI takeover. Take care.

  12. I work in a nursing home. I swear the bathroom smell from someone who has c-diff makes me able to accurately diagnose them from 20 yards away….and I’m a speech-language pathologist.

    • @shadowfax9177 Wow! and C Diff is extremely serious in older people so diagnosing it sooner would help many people. Humans could benefit from using dogs to diagnose more illnesses since dogs have such an excellent sense of smell. We have so much to learn…. Blessings.

    • @Seattle Six exactly. Part of my job is helping people swallow without aspirating for “adequate nutrition and hydration”. I absolutely cringe at the food that is served in these places along with all the meds they get. No wonder so many of them don’t heal and stay long term. I can barely work in “healthcare” any longer because of it. It’s truly killing so many.

  13. This is super interesting. So I recently started a custom probiotic after getting my microbiome tested. They offer a call with a microbiologist to discuss the results. And it was super fascinating. Basically she could tell what my diet was like and although I have a good ratio of good vs bad microbes, there was room to improve diversity in the microbes. Now in addition to these probiotics, I am learning how to make my own sauerkraut as she said that home fermentation is the best way to improve biodiversity in the gut. Thanks so much for all of your content. You have done wonders for my family! 💕

  14. I did this!!! I had Cdiff 9 times and the doc FINALLY approved me for fecal transplant after 2 years of suffering. I’ve been Cdiff free for a year and a half now. Really, this saved my life and I don’t understand why it’s so hard get.

  15. As I walked the aisles of the grocery store yesterday I finally realized how much carb based foods are stacked up. I bought none of them. Walmart glazed yeast Donuts were $7 a dozen. A block of feta cheese and pound of leafy greens were about the same total.

  16. Today is day 34 of no sugar. I lost 2 days for birthday cake pieces minus the icing. Sciatica gone, hypertension gone, 20 lbs gone, most of my clothes fit again, grocery bill cut by a third. Dr Berg is amazing

    • There’s many types of sugar, some bad ( glucose ) some good ( fructose ) so sugar is a important nutritional benefit.

    • @Lita Sixx the low carb high fat (LCHF aka Keto) diet is designed to control the fat storing hormone insulin, responses which puts your body into fat burning mode. You’ve come to the right channel since Dr Berg’s videos are made from multiple research sources including his own practice

  17. I picked up cdiff in 2011, lost 15 lbs in the first week, felt awful and no antibiotics were helping so I did a fecal transplant and it cleared it up INSTANTLY. Back to completely normal within 12 hours. Have avoided antibiotics since….like the plague.
