Creatine makes me feel angry
That suplemment is terrible, messed up my hormones. Definetly not for everybody.
Creatine is not that safe, it made my DHT levels increase more than 3 folds from its basal levels, my hair began to fall out, my skin became super oily and broke out. For me it was devil, I’m glad that I have stopped it.
Sounds extreme. How much did you take and did you get your blood tested?
Thank you for sharing this, I started taking Creating for the first time a week ago, and got a bad reaction on my skin like inflammation lots of small inflammation spots and sensitive and I didn’t eat anything bad so my guess is the creatine

I gained 10 pounds taking creatine, and was hungry all the time. My maximum lifts did increase 20 pounds on all my lifts. It did give me energy. What about NMN, fisetin, reservatrol, AK
How do you take NAC? How often per week? At what daytime? How many grams? At empty stomach or not?

IIRC, I’ve heard that niacinamide inhibits sirtuins while nicotinic acid doesn’t

Niacin also raises blood sugar. I take it, almost daily, because I’m hypoglycemic, and it helps. A few months ago I Googled what supplements raise blood sugar. Niacin was in the list.
1,2, and 3 are likely going to have redundancies because creatine and collagen have a high percentage of glycine.
If I’m not mistaken niacin helps you internally by balancing lipid profiles and strengthening your cardiovascular system whereas niacinamide targets more your skin health.
