  2. In Brazil the price of creatine has risen too hight for me to supplement regularly. Let`s hope the supply chain normalizes soon. Does anyone have any tips for purchasing online at lower cost, without prohibitive taxes, from Brazil?

  4. Niacinamide is also very cheap. When I first learned about NMN almost ten years ago, I saw how expensive it was and went to the local university library and looked up the papers describing the NMN studies as well as the NAD cycle and found that nicotinamide (niacinamide) would feed the same cycle. 3 month supply for $5 at the time. Somehow still as cheap on amazon. I take it a couple of times a week. Plan to take more as I get older, absent a radical intervention.

  5. All people I know who become/became very old, including four people over 100, are/were super skinny, not muscular at all. The idea that eating large amounts of protein or excessively deadlifting makes you live longer is a joke.

    • Maybe they were muscular for a longer time than regular people before aging caught up with them.

    • All people I know, excessive deadlifting….your reasoning might not be optimal—which ain’t defense or condemnation of anything. You just need to ask good questions and look at evidence eg older people commonly fall and break their hip. Such people don’t do well. So basic strength and balance are important to avoid this.

  6. I took creatine for about one year. 3 gr per day. I didn’t notice anything at all. Not for muscle mass, not for brain. I won’t be buying it anymore

  7. I have NAC right now but Im worried about it causing lung cancer do you know anything about that or making the damage worse from already smoking idk if its safe to take nac while smoking
