    • Reading food labels are important especially if you have a gluten allergy, but for the most part if it’s a bread substitution it’ll be gluten free. 😊

    • Bread substitute is not necessarily gluten free, even for the most part. For instance, the low carb tortillas are not gluten free. As stated, reading labels are important. Look for the words gluten free.

  4. I am going to try using the egg wraps for chicken enchiladas. Rotisserie chicken, cheeses, cilantro and onions with a sauce of sour cream and green enchilada sauce. Can’t wait to try them!

  6. I really dislike that the two Trader Joes in our area are just not close to us… way out of the way, not near anything else we need to go to… we have 4 Aldi stores nearby though…

  7. I made a chicken Alfredo with shrimp and sausage and for the noodle substitute I used eggplant it was so good
