I like butter is it bad?
In general no, actually it’s healthier than most other cooking fats.
Try for a raw, grass fed butter when you’re able to. In any case, butter is extremely good.
Ghee is better than butter. 😉
I have tried many times to eat collard greens but I don’t think I can digest them. Any idea why the vegetables I eat go right through me?
Because vegetables are made of indigestible matter. They go right through everyone, with a varying level of carbs.
Steam them. Gut health, your gut microbiome diversity and your genes make a difference in how well you digest and tolerate plants.

I’ve been fasting and dry fasting as long as possible daily for 20+ years. If I get mucus it’s always after too much actual sugar, aka sucrose, never dairy. If no raw milk available in yr state, then sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, kefir, cheeses, all non-sugared, non-pasteurized as possible.
How the h*ll would dairy shorten lifespan any more than any other food – unless you’re talking about the milk sugar / carbohydrate count. Diary is no different than any other animal protein source, if that’s what we’re talking about. For every study that shows dairy is harmful there are are just as many showing the opposite. I pay no attention to these kind of studies.
Dairy is infant food in any animal species, so yes… it’s different of other foods, your mom does not provide you breast milk when you’re 30 yo.

What types of dairies were used in these studies? Pasteurized at very high temperature? Raw? This information is crucial and without it, these studies don’t make a lot of sense to me.
That’s what matters here. Idk why that was left out. Major difference
It seems that the disctinction is fermentation. Fermented dairy products remove the lactose (i.e. milk sugar) and, probably, don’t have a great effect on insulin.
Slim were these studies funded by Dairy Industry
It’s not black and white. The study didn’t even specify if it was raw or processed dairy. Take it with a grain of salt.
Kale and crap like that is horrible for you it will make you gain weight
