  1. Wtf I didn’t get a notification for the premiere? Oh well. it’s not easy finding results from long term OMAD, harder than finding results from prolonged fasting even, so for someone like me who’s only been practicing a fasting focused lifestyle for little more than 3 months this kind of testimonial is invaluable so thank you so much Siim. It wasn’t through you I started learning about fasting but I quickly found your channel and have learned a lot and been inspired by you. Our focus is not the exact same but we have a lot in common and I’d consider myself very lucky if I managed to grow a channel as big and successful as yours one day. Cheers and thanks for everything again!

  2. After your helpful information I’ve been doing OMAD for 3 months and at the 2 month mark I had my blood tested and my white blood count is normal for the first time since my lymphoma diagnosis!!! Also my protein levels are coming down(they are too high) they aren’t normal yet but I have faith the the autophagy im getting is having good effect in my bone marrow and everywhere actually . I’ve never felt better, I’m never tired, I used to be chronically tired! My biggest challenge is getting enough calories but I can stand to lose a few more pounds! Thanks so much Siim, your information is changing lives!:)

  3. Has your overall calorie consumption reduced naturally through OMAD? How do you manage to fit in all calories in OMAD?

When do you tend to break your fast? Has it effected your sleep?

  4. You are such an inspiration!!! Congrats on 4 years of awesome living 🙂 Thanks for all the content, helps keep me motivated!

  5. Love Love Love this video! I always wanted to see a day in the life of you. Please do more of these – it helps me (and hopefully other people) to see the science you give in action, and in tangible steps.

  6. Nice history, and congratulations! Good to know I’m not alone! Like you, I’ve been on OMAD for 5 years, I’m 60 years old, I shed 50 lbs back to my high school weight, and still have my 6-pac abs, which I gained 40 years ago. I welcome you to my world! Thanks for this production.

  7. Hi Siim! Thanks for your video! I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for almost a year. I do 16/8 but sometimes I was drinking veggies juices in the 16h window when waking up and/or when training. I also have 1 big meal a day and sometimes 2 in the 8h window. My goal is also health and longevity and I follow a whole food plant based diet. Keep the good job 💪

  8. I’ve done OMAD eating only at breakfast for two weeks. This has helped me. I’m also eating a ketogenic diet and I doing better with ketosis and a lot better with losing weight. But I’m not hungry. Also, I have been frustrated that even though I eat almost no carbs, my fasting blood glucose is usually around 105. Now it’s around 93. Thanks for your great video.

    • Helene Louise Possibly too much protein as a part of your diet…….that is what happens to me when I go too heavy on the protein, as opposed to eating more of my cals from fat.

  9. 4 years, wow…amazing. I been OMAD the last 3 months. Also throw throw in some 48/72s. Down 40lbs in the last 90days with just walking and some push-up at most. Your channel and Snake juice guy been my go too for information. Thank you for all you do

Once you adapt and can do it daily life is just so much better.
Better energy, better cognitive and clearer head/thinking.
All you guys at a bare minimum should do OMAD.

    • @L New a full nutritious meal. Carbs, protein being the main one. As for your bones look into a supplement like fish oil, calcium or a good multivitamin to directly address that

  10. Nice video, I’ve been doing OMAD for about 6 months now and on weekends going to 16:8 my starting weight was 420lbs :O currently at 257 🙂 and never felt better!

  11. From your experience, can OMAD be combined with crossfit style training, or does the exercise approach need to change?

  12. Great way to live brother. I do about the exact same routine and it works great. Stay lean year round easy.

  13. Well researched. Share something about how you deal with mental and emotional stresses. Been on 90% OMAD for almost 3 years now, was keto-0 carb carnivore for a while it was all good felt great 37 yo now and at the peak of it I felt like I was 25. However I got sick with something like an adrenal fatique so have been adding more sugar throughout the day (Ray Peat) helps a lot but its becoming clear that my stress and bad sleep have more control over health than just diet. Thanks

  14. Thanks Siim for your video and congrats on results. Really motivational for me and I guess for others also. Because of you, I have started fasting months ago and already see the results. Question. At what time of the day do you brake your fast and have a meal?

  15. I’ve been doing Omad because of my gut issues and surprisingly my strength has gone up way more than when I was eating like a bro lifter.

  16. I’ve been on OMAD Keto for a year and the results are transformative.
There are too many benefits to list, including losing massive amounts of body weight. My muscle mass increased slowly, only 0.2%, but its better than losing muscle.
My blood lab tests were also ‘normal’.
I will stick with this way of eating for life, I like it!
And yes, have a glass of wine once in a Blue Moon-one has to live like the ‘normal folk’ from time to time.

    • That is good way to eat and its not bad if you drink sometimes just go back omad style when you have day or two drinking or partying or just eating carbs etc.

  17. Nice explanation man. I’ve noticed a similar reduction in hunger and increased productivity since I don’t have to worry about breakfast or lunch!

  18. In the past, I’ve been quite fanatical when I’ve tried various dietary approaches, but for me, the most important thing to get out of this is to be flexible.
Since adopting 16:8, almost a year now, I’ve eaten what I want, which is mostly “healthy” although I’m not obsessed about grass fed this, or organic that, although I buy organic dairy, when supply and finances allow.
Generally, skipping breakfast is no issue for me and most social occasions fit around that.
But, occasionally I’ll enjoy a Full English from time to time and/or a coffee with a croissant, or two. I’ll also eat with friends to *their* routines, not my own and I never feel guilty, or beat myself up about it!

  19. Can i prolong OMAD/IF as a lifestyle choice? I agree with all the cons you mentioned and benefitted in weight loss over 9 months. I alternate them now to keep the ideal weight.
