  2. Oh not this guy please. It’s basically just eat tons of animal protein and consume tons of salt. Following advices like this I completely wrekt my health. Be warned people.

    • You must be talking about someone else. James is a big proponent of a balanced diet with both animal protein and plants. He specifically encourages against animal protein only diets for the acid-alkaline balance. And for salt, he does promotes only a slightly higher salt intake than the RDA not like 10,000 mg like some others

  3. from my own experience and the experience of others I have come to a conclusion that blood sugar spikes are caused by 1) grains, 2) fat taking up too much space in cells and not allowing glucose to come in, 3) various deficiencies (chrome, copper, vanadium, vitamin D, vitamin B12, B1, B2, B3, etc., 4) chronic dehydration, 5) animal foods, 6) stress, 7) poor food combining, 8) constipation, 9) overeating, 10) cooked foods (even vegan), 11) lack of exercise, 12) too much of sweet fruits like dried fruits, 13) heavy metals sitting in the organs and causing damage over time. Usually most of the listed are combined to various degrees in the same person so in order to fix it it might take a long time and a complete change of the lifestyle + nutrition. But for most of us with the high blood sugar it is necessary to supplement with substances like berberine and other blood sugar control natural remedies, reversing diabetes type 2 is possible but it would involve a prolonged water fast under medical supervision (at least 3 weeks) + raw vegan diet with organic whole foods that need to be ripe, fresh, clean from toxins, covered with super important natural bacteria and grown on VERY rich soils. I wish I could this but the modern world is hell so for most people only short term fixes are accessible.
