  4. So based on the video from 2 weeks ago, should we glynac everyday or not?

    As an update, after stopping nac, I did see a bump in my exercise capacity (dips and pull-ups), after almost 2 weeks of nac cessation.

    Answer is at the end, I’ll probably start up nac again for the glutathione. At my age, my low sws and phantom hangovers, it’s probably better I take it.

    • Why not just take your daily dosage of collagen? It has everything in it including glycine.. Take 20-30 grams of collagen every day and you are good to go.
      I have been off my collagen for only 2 weeks and I can already feel how my joins are being inflammed and in pain during and after workout, it’s insane how powerful collagen is!

  6. The first study in the video used “doses of 100 mg/kg/d each of glycine and NAC”. That is a lot of NAC.WebMD, for example, says “The typical recommendation for NAC is between 600 and 1,800 milligrams.”

  8. slim do the ratios of NAC and the glycine have to be equal as stated in this study or can you take different accounts of these supplements? many people are asking for the dosages.
