  1. @5:35 are those #’s really % carbs? I always thought it was total grams of carbs. If so, I guess I learned something new.

  2. It does work, every time. Unless you have a thyroid problem. I complained to my doctor for years that my diet was fine but I couldn’t lose weight. It was years, a lot of years before she finally checked my thyroid. So if you know you’re doing the right thing and still can’t lose weight, demand your thyroid is checked.

  3. I have given Prof Westerman’s 1 a4 page diet sheet to a patient with 15 Kg weight loss result.

  4. Low carb, keto, carnivore is great, it’s fantastic, but i fear people in our community are getting primed for eating disorders.

  5. Thank you. Low carb in a nutshell! It’s been successful for me without even trying (ie no exercise except pilates). I’ve lost over 20% of my starting body weight. Took less than 3 months to remit my diabetes from 7.0 to 5.2. It’s been 18 months and my ALT went from 45 to 13. Waist was 44″ now 38″.
