Try these tips to help fight off a viral infection or to support a fast recovery.
Mistakes to avoid when getting over a viral infection:
1. Stopping a fever too quickly
2. Taking an antibiotic
3. Over sanitizing
4. Detoxing during an infection
5. The shotgun approach (taking too many remedies at once)
6. Suppressing the immune system
Instead, try taking warm baths, nurturing your body, keeping your stress to a minimum, and getting plenty of sleep.

Great info! If you take a probiotic with antibiotics, why doesn’t the antibiotics do away with the probiotics? Thank you for sharing your vast knowledge!

After my pneumonia back in 2015 my personal reference doctor told me it probably would have been better not to suppress the fever. Unfortunately he had no idea I was in hospital.
Sonetimes antibiotica is needed and can save lifes
God’s best to you ,Dr Berg and your family 💖
When my kids get sick, I like to give them Vit C and D and honey. One thing I added this winter was an elderberry-hibiscus tincture if they weren’t feeling well. I also like to remember – a little dirt never hurt.
Include some zinc next time round.
@Spam Mouse chicken soup is full of zinc. It is the reason it works so good fighting colds
All thru this plandemia, I ever used any of those spray disinfectants, went home and wash
my hands with soap and water. Growing up we were always in the middle of germs, we
were strong as kids, no allergies, now with so many shots, every one is sick and weak.
THANK YOU for educating us. Normally, I try to reduce the fever immediately. I will stop that from now on. Your videos are great.
Most welcome! Be well!

I am surprised about #1, stopping a fever to quickly.
I did not know that and I’ve been told differently in the past
Amazing timing! I rarely get a cold – fewer than once a year. But I just had a really heavy one. Tremendous amount of nose-blowing and productive coughing. No fever at all. I slept – drank lemon juice or ACV in water – gargled with salt water or Povidone Iodine. Ate soups. Didn’t eat much. It lasted 2 weeks.
Sounds like allergies. Carrot juice is so good for all sinus mucous stuff.

Pls can you do a video on how to treat abdominal pain and ulcer have been having this for years and antibiotics doesn’t work
Please help
Maybe check out his videos on h pylori and low stomach acid. Stress can also cause ulcers. Cabbage juice, wheat grass juice powder and zinc l-carnosine all work well for my gut. Oregano oil is a natural antibiotic that doesn’t harm good bacteria.
Doctor Berg is a gift for many people especially myself. Thank you for every second that you spend to help us with our health conditions Doctor Berg!!!!!

When i get the sniffles (usually twice a year when the weather changes) all i do is using infra red light on my nose and forehead and keep myself warm as you also suggested, then my immune system fixes the rest of it and after 3 days i’m cured 😇
Hi Dr. Berg, just stopping by to say thank you for your important informative videos. We appreciate you wholeheartedly. Thanks.
Very glad to be of help.
Wow all of these facts are very helpful and eye-opening!
Good thing I love to drink lemon water. And whenever I get a fever, I try to leave it alone and just let the fever do its job despite how unpleasant it feels. As much as I love cold showers, I do warm showers instead when sick because I don’t want to get sicker and hot water helps my sinuses.
I’m 62 years old and I’ve only been sick three times in my adult life. I have always followed these rules. My grandmother used to say you have to eat a ton of dirt before you die, meaning stop trying to be so worried about germs. She didn’t slow down until a week before she passed at 96.
4:48 Boy did I ever find that to be the truth. Never felt sicker than when I attempted to detoxify. Thanks Dr. Berg. Love your stuff and love your style.

I guess based on my age, I’m considered ancient, but when I was a kid my mother used to take us to the doc for every little sniffle. He finally told her to let things run their course and stop bringing us in for such things LOL.. Probably good advice 😁
