It is so wonderful to see GPs truly embracing low carb lifestyle for themselves and then putting that knowledge into their work practice. The work must be so satisfying now that they can see the real benefits to patients.
So many more lives will be saved.
There’s another good SL doctor on the Northside, thankfully I haven’t needed him for several years, since the IBS and metabolic issues have settled..
Not just from eliminating lactose and fodmapping, but greatly reducing fruit & veg & carbs, intermittent fasting & recently doing carni 💪
Great presentation on actual GP in clinic experience – and the willingness of Dr. Dharmapriya to go so far as to create a course for her patients is admirable. Glad she’s here doing great things in Australia.
No doubt Low carb diet along with intermittent fasting improve metabolic disease. Thank you for sharing
