  2. I’m always wary of huge supplement stacks. We don’t know how all of these interact with each other in the body at higher than natural levels. Personally I take a few supplements but alternate them and also only take them if I feel I missed out nutritionally that day. For example if I felt it was a low zinc day for whatever reason, I’ll take low dose zinc. If I didn’t get any sun exposure, I take D3 etc. The idea of popping 20+ supps a day seems off to me.

    • Same with me though I do take a daily combination of Vitamin D3, K2 and Magnesium with my BreakFast in the morning.

    • Lol I’m up to 30 and counting but I hate it so I definitely take a day off or 2 and I’ll adjust for season or to avoid the zinc toxicity possibility.

    • @Pakistanicecream That seems reasonable! when I do take D3 it’s also combined with K2.

  3. The one that has my attention and I’d like to see more human clinical studies on is Fadogia Agrestis. That Joe Rogan episode put it on the map

    • look into bulbine if you have a chance, i’ve been using it for years and have before and after labs it raises my total and free T significantly (i’m in my late 40’s). yes it can be toxic to the liver but i cycle a low dose and labs have shown no liver enzyme issues.

  4. Garlic Extract is great for Acne Rosacea and other inflammatory events. After starring Garlic extract i no longer get any breakouts worth the price for sure

  5. I’m just curious about the protein powder, I’ve used it to reduce muscle catabolism when I used to do long runs/bikes but it produces a high glycemic response. I’m 57 so needless to say I can’t do long cardio exercise anymore so I’m not worried about muscle growth. I do the HIIT training plus working on the farm at high altitude 7100+ feet.

  6. To answer your question, Huberman did a trial run of 140 mg/wk of injectable testosterone cypionate, but stopped after a few months. He’s been off for over a year now I believe

  7. This might be a list of supplements that’s recommended over time at some point and/or still recommends. Not necessarily a list of stuff he takes. As you say test booster + TRT wouldn’t make sense.

  8. No matter the supplement claims of electrolytes, K is always noteably missing. In the US, the FDA limits OTC potassium supplements (including multivitamin pills) to <100 mg (2% of the 4700mg). There’s no TUL for the mineral when it comes to K-rich food sources but with supps you can easily overdo it.

  9. Assuming you are getting enough salt in foods I think Dr bergs electrolyte powder is the best out there

  10. Boron supplementation for increased testy has to be taken in amounts greater than 8mg a day, there are now products on Amazon that contain 10mg of boron per pill, used to have to take like 5 pills to reach 10mg

    whats even the point of tyrosine? diet contains like 5000mg, adding 500mg ontop supplementally feels like someone didnt do their homework right 😂
    or is it me that is missing some point 🤔

  12. man who the fuq would promote a 1000mg sodium : 200mg potassium powder
    if anything ppl have too much sodium and too little potassium
    even on a fast the numbers would literally be backwards….
