  5. Siim, does collagen have to be taken on its own, or can it be combined with other protein foods, like milk or cottage cheese? THNX 👍

  6. Fish collagen is a smaller peptide thus easier to absorb. Using this will glycine is two thumbs up. 👍

  7. The question is if other protein sources wouldn’t be better. What’s the bioavailability of collagen sources? And what’s the price? The pure aminoacids are often cheaper, so is whey protein. And do the peptides promote collagen health more than other sources?

    • Current evidence suggests hydrolyzed collagen peptides low molecular weight are the best because of greatest bioavailability and absorption

  8. how much grams of collagen daily? do i count glycine as part of the total or is that seperate?

  9. Everyone else says oral hyaluronic acid as a supplement should be high molecular weight and on skin it should be low molecular weight. I might have misunderstood but did you recommend low molecular weight as an oral supplementation?

  10. what brand of glycine do you use? it’s uncomfortable to drink 10-20 grams a day in capsules, right? may be powder?

    • Powder, is cheap and yes you can almost use it like sugar🙂 I combine it with 3g taurine in a cup of warm water or green tea

    • @Steven Oostdijk You’ve touched on an interesting topic. I bought glycine for the first time and it is very sweet. After 10 days of taking 15 grams, I didn’t notice anything. In my country, this powder costs 9 times less than, for example, from now foods. How can I test glycine? Is it really that sweet?

    • I put glycine in the coffe, in vegetable milk in the morning and at night in water to sleep better. The taste is similar to sugar, that I do not use any more

  11. You’ve talked before about eating gelatin, I’ve simply made a gelatin dessert from only gelatin powder and water, would 20 grams of gelatin powder a day do it?

  12. shits expensive, but hey, alot of girls comment on how young and good my skin looks after ive been taking glynac for a while, so ill get some collagen aswell

  13. What’s the point if the collagen is just broken down into amino acids? Just get enough glycine and proline. I don’t think the source has to be collagen for the body to produce collagen out of the amino acids. Am I missing anything?

  14. I am not sure about glycine supplements. Like NAC and glutathione, they have been shown to promote tumor growth. Lots of publications on that. Antioxidants are a double edged sword.

  15. Can you please do a video on Plant based diets? Many elite/professional athletes are turning to this way of eating. They will supplement with B12, D and fish oil. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
