  8. Really appreciate your video’s. I’ve had a couple of these symptoms at various times over the years and always wondered what the symptoms meant.

  9. Thanks Dr. Berg. Very helpful.
? Question: Are there specific nutrients, besides potassium, that might help reduce intense, chronic muscle/tendon and neurological pain? Not from cramps or over exertion, as I am mostly bed bound, but do very light stretching and isometric exercises as able, when pain is low. Thanks again! 🙏

    • R- alpha lipoic acid… only R, not S…. I also take all omegas in one capsule…. And omitting foods with high oxalates….

  10. You mustn’t forget to mention that when taking Vitamin D3 to mobilise the calcium, or for any other reason, it is extremely important to take K2 with it as well. So that calcium goes where it is supposed, into the bones. Otherwise you may have an excess of calcium in the blood. Which is an undesirable scenario.

  11. Dr. Berg, I wish I could meet with you in person and we could figure out my health. I’m at the end of the line, and I don’t want to do this anymore. I can’t work, and I’m mostly bed bound, I just want to give up. Thank you for making all this information available to the public.

    • Come on kerry. Dont sound so negative. Just try some basic things to increase positive feelings in you. Try sitting out side and just looking up at the sky and taking deep breaths and say thank you God for the sky. Try listening to some brain wave inducing music (its a specific type) and just close your eyes and thank God or thank whatever. Just pray to Jesus by yourself wherever you are. Try a new fruit or dish or new restaurant. Try a new wine or mixed drink. Try sitting in a sauna or hot tub. Try getting a new full body massage. There is so many things you can do to be better and happier kerry! I dont know what you are talking about!

    • @Rainbow Lion  I have POTS and it has stolen my life away. I was ok for almost 3 years and I have recently relapsed. My quality of life is so low. I am actually sitting with my dad and praying. This is an extreamly hard illness to live with and I am so tired. I appreciate your reply. I am trying hard to have a more positive outlook, I just feel so helpless. I know it doesn’t help anything by being negative, I’m just so scared.

    • @Kerry Sue wow. just looked that up. I also have tachycardia and bradycardia and AFib since a kid. I had two heart surgeries and i occasionally take diltiazem and i exercise way more and my heart is finr.

    • @Rainbow Lion  That’s incredibly great to hear! As upset and scared as I am, I have been trying to get up and walk around the house a little bit. I have severe exercise intolerance, and any kind of physical movement is extremely difficult.
I have also had a bout of atrial fibrillation. It happened about 2 years before I got really sick. That’s awful to deal with, too. I’m sorry you have had to deal with cardiac issues. They are truly terrifying. However, I am so happy to hear that you are doing well now!!

  12. One thing (of MANY) I wanted to thank Dr.Berg is cluing me in on the issues associated with synthetic B12. I think that really made things worse for me at various times.

    • Animals are fed B12 supplements too, as they are outdoors much less, and B12 is less in the soil, due to it being damaged and overused.People actually used to get B12 from vegetables, back when everything wasn’t so sanitized, and washed.

  13. Such important information. This is exactly the kind of content that I look for when dealing with any symptom that seems to point to a “lack” somewhere. I easily identify a couple of these issues and it makes complete sense! I am taking digestive enzymes after gallbladder removal but issues persist with trying to regulate consistent digestion. Thank you for this!👍

  14. I thought twitching near the eyes was due to the following: “Too much potassium in your system, known as hyperkalemia, only manifests as muscle twitches or spasms during early stages. Muscle twitches are also one of the most common symptoms of too little potassium in your system, known as hypokalemia.”

  15. Dr. Berg rocks! coherent usable scientific info on bodily health. My favorite social media source for health and nutrition.

  16. After I watched this video I finally found the issue which I have been having for already more than 2 years. Sometimes I also yawn too much, have air hunger and take deep breathes and tetany, pitching on my arm, leg and eyes. Thank you so much, doctor.

  17. One of your best videos! I got rid of my all over body eczema by cutting nearly all sugar, taking a probiotic and getting rid of the candida. When I took antibiotics it came back, I had to cut sugar, and increase my probiotics to get the rashes to go away. It took a few weeks to take full effect. Thank you!
