  2. Is supplementing 3mg of copper glycinate safe? I barely get any copper from food, and i supplement with 22mg of Zinc and 500mg of Vitamin C (read that both of those additionally reduce copper). Heard plenty cases of how people supplementing with it managed to reverse grey hair at young age. I have a lot of it due to a lot of stress and im 29. On other hand reading that its not so safe to supplement it and that it can be toxic.

  3. I started NAC thanks to your wifes recommendation (for its effect on OCD type symptoms)- first time I took it I could actually feel it. I am also taking NMN from all the positive information on it these days. I have also been experimenting with glycine however for me it is a bit unpredictable- sometimes it works well but other times I don’t notice any benefit.

  4. I would add d3 and k2 to this list, bone loss is a huge component of aging, ofc if you eat lots of veggies and go out in the sun you’ll be fine, but I sure don’t

  5. Hey Siim, I would like your thoughts on effect of IF on teastosterone levels in young non obese men. I haave read 3 studies that show IF lowers T which is very concerning! You practice IF, so have you checked to see if it affected your T levels and what is your suggestion to mitigate this problem. Please share your thoughts. Thanks!

    Here is a list of recommended longevity supplements with their dosages:

    – Calcium Alpha Ketoglutarate: 1-2 grams per day
    – NMN or Nicotinamide Riboside: 250-500 milligrams per day
    – Allicin: 1,000 milligrams per day for therapeutic effects
    – Collagen Peptides: 5-15 grams per day for skin health and joint function
    – Fisetin: 800 milligrams per day for senolytic effects

  8. Did you switch from the donotage hydrolized collagen peptides because they didn’t have the right types of collagen? Is orgain collagen type 1&3 any good? it is a lot more affordable for me to get 20g a day with Orgain collagen then the one you recommend now being more than 2x as much and i already get vitamin C.

    • I dont think you can really reverse it im not sure, but take d3 + k2 and maintain a low carb diet favoring more high saturated fat and avoid all seed oils etc fat ivor cummins on youtube has alot of information on this topic but its been awhile since ive watched him

  9. I’m doing NMN, TMG and Resveratrol and i have an identical twin, who doesnt support this all!
    So, i might be a human trial 😅🤷‍♂️
