    • could be his hairline. I had a high hairline since puberty yet I have a full head of hair at 30 and recently checked with trichologist for balding.

    • I’ve had the same hairline all my life. I just have a big head and big forehead lmao.

      Even then, male pattern baldness has nothing to do with biological aging but with mostly genetics

  2. Nature really is the best medicine. Garden and fill your house with houseplants, herbs, sprouts and micro-greens; walk in natyure every day and get out in the sun first thing every morning–sleep and wake with the sun; forage wild plants and fish and hunt for some of your food; swim in the ocean and lakes and walk in the rain and snow. All these things improve your mental and physical health and longevity and save you money.

  3. Thought for sure this was going to be about exercise. I can’t get enough of nature but it’s very lonely (like other healthy activities). Keep motivating people to get back to nature!
