  5. Ive been using a steam spa for almost 2 years every evening , ive been prolonging doing cold showers but i do believe this video has made me finally do it. Thanks dr berg 😊

  8. The Game Changer for me was cutting from 3 caffeinated coffees a day to 1 caffeine and 2 decaf. And cutting the sugar too from the coffee, literally allowed me to nod off and get my 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night.

    • Great decision. Cutting down on caffeine for sure helps with sleep. I’ve done a month without coffee and had such mental clarity (past the 2-3 days of withdrawal symptoms). I’ve started drinking coffee again in July and am enjoying my Sunday morning coffee as I type this, but I’m cutting it out after today. I’ll drink lemon water instead. Wheatgrass juice powder in a shaker with water and ice is a great morning drink too. It gives me clean mental energy and looks just like a matcha tea.

  9. Been doing cold plunge and some sprinting. Thank you Dr Berg. I appreciate all you do

  10. are there any other workouts that could work for me, since i can’t sprint. my knees, hip, and back are all quite painful with arthritis.
thank you for all of your great videos, they have been so helpful to my healthy journey!🌻

  11. I have done the cold after hot shower. It helps a lot. Best blood sugars I’ve had. Why did I stop? I don’t shower every day. One a week or two. Bad water even filtered. What a world. When I get my cabin in Colorado with a well. Things will hopefully be different. Plus walking in the cold, with little clothing. 😂

  12. I’ve been following Dr. Berg for a decade, he is absolutely the best person you can find for information on anything due to health.

  13. In past videos Dr. Berg talked about Pistachios, which I tried, and works great for my sleep. Thank you Dr. Berg👑🏆

  14. I can’t do a ‘cold shower’ BUT I can get into a warm shower and slowly turn it down to cold for the last few minutes. I actually look forward to it now.

    • You have to submerge in cold water; cold showers don’t have the same effect. So basically, you’re not doing anything… 😂

  15. Wow, this is valuable information! I am excited to try sprinting during my daily walks, and taking cold showers or baths. Thank you so much Dr. Berg for taking a moment to share all this helpful information for our health and happiness. Wishing you all the best, stay blessed! ♥
