Time to join the expensive gym in my area, it has a finnish sauna incorporated. But I would do it after working out and then maybe do cold plunge, but wouldn’t it reduce the good inflammation caused by exercise?

@A K I am aware, so doing sauna into cold plunge would be stupid yes.
You can make your own sauna at home. Do some research and win!!

I live in Las Vegas. During the summer, I get a sauna everyday just getting the mail.
Its dry in Las Vegas so the sweat is evaporated up for a cooling effect. Try it over here in east Texas
What about ice bath after sauna?

I hope you do a video comparing infrared (both near and far) with traditional sauna. Also interested in your thoughts on EMF exposure during sauna bathing.

When do you do the most/best; morning or evening? Usually, I do it after my workout, mostly in the afternoon

I do steam sauna 3x a week and elevate my heart rate for 15 min inside, as it elevates my mood and glow my skin 🙏
Will taking a steam bath at a relatively high temperature for 15-20 minutes provide similar benefits, assuming proper hydration before and after the session?
