  1. Thank you berg, I have psoriasis. Been trying your glutamine on empty stomach and been trying your keto plan, however I had a relapse on alcohol over the weekend and also binged fast food so my progress has been halted, I’m back on it since yesterday il let You if any improvements this week.

    • The Process of Healing is never a straight line; we _learn the most from our setbacks_ not our successes. Ironically, without the setbacks we’d take longer overall to Heal. (Caps to indicate I’m not just referring to conditions like psoriasis but of every pursuit and, actually, of the purpose of Life itself.) *_Setbacks are really Setaheads._* So, press on toward the Mark and you’ll make it!

    • I healed psoriasis with keto. But u most stay away from sunflower oils and seed oils. God bless

  2. Grains are definitely one of the worse things you can eat. I had constant dry skin all the time, especially Excemza all over my body, Dr’s said yeah we don’t know what causes it and there’s no cure, even tho we know that’s a load of bollacks. Took dr berg advice and my skin back to normal. I just have the scars from it like little lines. Dr berg I have a before and after which i would love to show you for you as I know you like seeing people Transition and you’re a hugh inspiration! Absolutely love you to bits! Got my mum, ex partner on keto watching your content daily and also buying your amazing supplements! Even at work I tell people all the time about you if health gets mentioned. Honesty you’ve made my life so better ❤

Sometimes I eat pizza as its my favourite food and no one over here makes healthy pizza, so then I can see it slowly coming back but I always get it back to normal, I do treat myself once in a blue moon with junk 😆

    • @XqFlixZx  I know it’s very challenging. Food addiction is real. But just remember : ” You are the one putting it in your mouth. No one else is”. Self control is the key. Good luck.

  3. Good to mention Whey protein powder!! This is definitely very bad for the skin as well as general health.
In my opinion the absolute champions for top skin: copper, Collagenpeptides, Hyaluron, MSM, Biotin.

    • I’m assuming whey isolate will fall into the category as bad too? Wondering if by eating these food affects the eyes too. Thankfully I avoid everything but whey isolate.

  4. Thanks dr Eric berg

Like acne red marks on my face .I used lots of face wash , acne cream etc but nothing happened

  7. 1. Low fat foods
    2. Sugary foods
    3. Grains & Alcohol
    4. Vegetable oil
    5. Processed protein
    6. Milk/Whey
    7. Low antioxidant foods
    8. Gut flora destroying foods

  8. I am in South Africa 🇿🇦I started Keto 2weeks ago my Skin on my face was a mess but now its glowing and all the Blemishes are gone

    Thanks to Dr Berg

  9. Thank you so much! You have helped me a lot with my menopause issues! Here from Brasil 🙌🏼🇧🇷

  10. I grew up on raw milk and few years ago I started drinking raw milk again and I found it actually improved my skin a lot. (when I started eating keto/carnivore my skin completely cleaned up).
When it comes to milk it depends a lot on your genetics. I’m from North Western European background so I do very well on milk. My African neighbors can’t drink milk, they get sick with diarrhea .

    • A2 casein milk improves my health, too. Not all milk is equivalent, for sure. Cows in Europe mainly produce A2 casein milk.

    • you got that right, it depends on your genetics if you can tolerate milk or not. If you are from a certain area in Europe or Asia that has milk in their diet, you don’t have to worry much.

  11. When I started increasing fats like eggs and olive oil daily my skin tolerated stuff like tretinoin and skincare so much better. No more itchy neck 🙂

  12. Well done Dr. Eric Berg. I enjoyed your lecture. Amazing , incredible and extra ordinary lectures you are delivering..May you live long.❤❤❤

  13. A lot to agree on here Dr. Eric. This is pretty much what I DON’T do every day with some finesses added to it as my experimenting progress. It’s exiting what food can do to the human body in terms of sense of well being, health and performance. In that order I found. As a child and a young adult I had no clue and sense of this hidden world playing its part on my body. I just couldn’t feel it. So much else to think about. My help came in the form of foods and the good old torture. Torture for not feeling ok added a bonus of me not getting the flue, cough or clogged nose in what is now going to be my 4th year which then led to me performing well also. The torture I felt when eating many of the the wrong foods you mentioned above was making me stop eating it because I’m a sissy who can’t deal with pain. Please don’t ask me how that works it just is for me.

  14. I’ve recommended Dr. Eric Berg’s channel to many people. Of course we know how saturated people are with channel recommendations. One man that has always had an interest in natural health does ask me “Did you get that information from your doctor online?” The answer is “Yes”. My friend is interested in this channel.

  15. I cut out all sugars and processed food from my diet and I still had acne. It was only when I was 24 and I stopped eating oats when I got rid of my acne. And I was told my entire life oats are incredibly healthy…

    • WOW! Oats are really bad for blood sugar as it spikes the sugar way up very quickly for a short duration.

  16. As a teenager who had really bad acne, I really wish my dermatologists would have asked me about my diet and informed me about the changes I would need to make for better skin, versus putting me on Accutane twice. Of course as a kid, teenager and adult in my twenties, I ate like garbage but thankfully was athletic as I played soccer in college, lifted and snowboarded too. Not like that active lifestyle counterbalanced my horrid diet in regards to my skin, but I guess it just steered me away from other health issues. If I could go back in time….(I think we all say that too)

  17. I had acne already in a very early age but it turned out to be an allergic reaction to boar meat my dad was a hunter we ate a lot of boar meat. Until I turned 39 someone told me about this allergy also to pork meat I stopped immediately and my acne almost disappeard later I started low carb then keto diet now of course I am “old” the scars are still there but getting better.

  18. Fasting is what is clearing up my really bad Eczema that I’ve been fighting for the last 6 months. Thanks so much Doc I appreciate your time and informative videos!!!
