How much NAC to take daily?
I take 600mg, but only on days when I don’t work out.
Collagen is very expensive and these things add up . Any solution to this problem .

To save money skip the collagen and add extra glycine. At least 3 extra grams.

I would like to see a video going over the generally accepted best method of consumption of these and other recommended supplements you’ve relayed, covering questions such as:
*best before or after exercise?
*best before sleep or in the morning?
*best with certain other foods/supplements or on an empty stomach for absorption/effectiveness?

Possibly a dumb question but can you substitute tmg with methylene blue because they are both electron do ors or is the chemistry too different?
