That is why I stay away from them…I used to take testosterone replacement therapy but discontinued 8 years ago and now I go the natural way, with herbs like shilajit, ginger, saffron, zinc, vitamin D-3, D-Aspartic Acid and so on

@ed what I meant by so on is…Icing the testicles for 5 minutes, walking for 45 minutes without stopping, eating organic cilantro and parsley to balance estrogen and estradiol and taking spoon of Ceylon cinnamon 4 times a week

So its the drugs then not bodybuilding, bodybuilding is building and maintaining muscle mass as you age eating a nutritious diet and doing some cardio, its the very definition of healthy ageing
