There are twelve important signs of a gallbladder problem that I want to cover today. But, most of the time, a person with a gallbladder issue doesn't experience any symptoms at all.

The majority of the time, a person has no idea they have a problem with the gallbladder. However, even though there are no major symptoms of a gallbladder problem, there are signs that can indicate your gallbladder is in trouble.

Most of these signs are related to a bile deficiency because of a blockage, but excess bile can also lead to issues.

Top signs of a potential gallbladder problem:
1. Visceral pain under the right rib cage
2. Nausea
3. Neck pain
4. Shoulder pain
5. Pale or gray stool
6. Floating stool
7. Itchy skin (especially at night)
8. Diarrhea, watery stool, and loss of control over bowel movements (from excess bile)
9. Dark urine
10. Jaundice
11. Vomiting
12. Constipation

Top causes of a gallbladder problem:
• Low-fat diets
• A spike in estrogen
• High cortisol
• High insulin
• PPIs

The best remedies for gallbladder problems:
• Purified bile salts (right after a meal)
• TUDCA (on an empty stomach)
• Fiber from salads

It’s also crucial to avoid a low-fat diet to support a healthy gallbladder. Instead, learn more about the Healthy Keto® diet in my other videos.

    Thank you Dr Berg!
    😺👍

  2. My gallstones got diagnosed when I was working night shift. Melatonin and sleep cycle and bile production connects now.

  3. Whenever I have a gallbladder prob. It always starts with this heaviness feeling in my chest, before the pain kicks off in my right abdomen. Thankfully much better now because of Dr Berg’s gallbladder formula, and I’ve learned to add cider vinegar to every meal. Thanks for your videos always Dr Berg 🌸

  4. It is great content for gallbladder, very informative plus very well explaining.Thank you so much Doctor Berg.❤️🙏👍🌹

  5. 2 weeks ago i was 520lb. Finally decided to get my stuff together and turn my life around. Now down to 480lbs in about 17 days.

Started get sharp pain under my ribs, was nauseous all day, and vomited yellow puke a few times. Heard it was symptoms which could lead to kidney stones, which I didn’t want, so don’t some research on gallbladder issues, which lead to a dr berg video about Ox bile.

Anyway long story short, I’ve been taking ox bike supplements a little over a week now, and all the nausea and pain under the ribs doesn’t happen anymore aslong as i take it. The information was good, and dr berg is a truth teller! So just want to say thank you.

Now I can work my way towards going from 520lb to 200lb without fear 😊

  6. We need a list of doctors who have this knowlege and can practice it without loosing their license.

    • Research integrative medicine facilities and Functional Medicine doctors. They don’t take insurance. You’ll have to file a claim directly with your insurance company for reimbursement. Hopefully you have out-of-network coverage or a PPO in which the coverage is the same regardless of the doctor.

  7. Dr. BERG Ive been on ppis for many years and once i quit and started supplementing with betaine hydrochloride and apple cider vinegar, i feel much better and am more regular. Still non stop reflux due to my hiatal hernia but its non acidic its ironically acidic when i take the ppi meds. You saved my life.

    • How much apple cider vinegar do you take and when.?
I’ve been on ppi tablets for years. Thanks

  8. While I was watching the video, unconsciously I said out aloud ”I love this man”. All in honesty Dr. Berg is doing an immeasurable service to the human race. These videos he posts without asking us to pay a penny are evidence enough to show us where his heart truly is, pouring all his might for the well being and health of others. Thank you so much Dr. Berg ❤

  9. Hi Dr. Berg. Thanks to you, I’ve lost 50 pounds in 6 months. And still going strong. I don’t have a gallbladder and lately my skin gets itchy at night. I’ve just ordered your gallbladder formula hoping for some relief

  10. This is NEXT LEVEL Information! Thank you Dr. Berg for your stunning knowledge and giving that understanding to us. PURELY AMAZING!

  11. It seems like my gallbladder issues came out of nowhere, but looking back I realized I began having trouble with my gallbladder during my first trimester of pregnancy. I attributed it to severe heartburn, since the pain started right below my breastbone. Postpartum, I started to figure out that something was wrong and that this couldn’t be heartburn. That shooting, sharp pain in the middle of the night is something I will never forget. I ended up with jaundice and a bile duct obstruction. I needed an ERCP and emergency gallbladder removal 10 days before what was supposed to be a routine scheduled gallbladder removal.

    • @Peter CI wonder if there is an alternative to gall bladder removal like taking the supplements he mentioned and changing the diet. Or is your condition too far gone?

    • @S. Jones I’ve also been searching for an alternative for quite some time. I’ve been using Bile Salts and Tudca, but I’m not having much luck. I’m currently reading a book by Andreas Moritz “The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush.” This book is giving me hope.

    • @Peter C I think it depends on your body I removed mine 3 years ago , have not used anything since then and everything is fine . there were some problems at first when I ate fatty food I had a diarrhea and that’s it I hope you get better and adapt well to this.

  12. I had pale, floating stools and they went away after taking bile salts .. thank you Dr. Berg for the info and recommendations!

  13. I diagnosed myself with gallstones several years ago and did a gallbladder and liver (cos they’re in there too) flush after reading a ‘how to’ book by Andreas Moritz. You have to commit to the long haul because you can’t stop till you’re stone-free for 2 consecutive months. It took 14 sessions to be in the clear and I passed approx 500-600 stones. That many???? Yes. Some of them are tiny. As recommended, I later did a kidney flush. So I still have my gallbladder – WE NEED THIS ORGAN. Having it removed is not good…

  14. I just received the gallbladder formula this week, namely I was experiencing symptoms 5,6, and 7. I gave it 2 days of trial and it definitely works! I think adding a bit more fat to my diet from now on will likely help me even more for my particular issue, I eat a lot of vegetables and not near enough animal fats. I cant say I trust anyone on the internet when it comes to health advice, however Dr.Berg has been and still is my exception. Thank you Doc!

  15. Hardly a day passes when I don’t watch at least a few of Dr. Berg’s videos or read his short messages. I’ve really learned a lot from him, applied his advice & shared with loved ones & friends.
Muchos gracias, Dr. Berg. You’re awesome! 😌

  16. I have not had my gallbladder since 2002. So I still have those symptoms. The doctor in NY said he has no idea why I’m still having shoulder nerve problems and the other symptoms. I have moved to Alabama and am on disability for back pain that thanks to some of your videos went from a 9 for 12 years to a 3 now. So I hope you can help me with the shoulder shocking pain.

  17. Thank you from the bottom of my gallbladder Dr. Berg! Also, the new format for explaining the symptoms is much easier to follow. Great job!
