There are up to a dozen human clinical trials showing that Glycine + NAC decreases hallmarks of aging and improves functional outcomes like grip strength, gait speed, blood sugar et
It works through raising glutathione levels
But glycine alone has many other benefits
– better sleep
– stronger antioxidant defence
– lower inflammation
– lower blood sugar
– better skin and joints
GlyNAC is one of the o ly longevity supplement that has quite compelling evidence for its efficacy, especially in the elderly
You could take them separately but I take @do.not.age – they have both in the same capsule
@do.not.age also has an awesome event this weekend – you get 2x bonus points for every purchase and with enough bonus points you get a free product of your choice
Recently I bought some glynac and got free collagen peptides with my order

Thank you for sharing. GlyNAC is unfortunately expensive where I live. Do you think glycine on its own will give many of the same benefits?
buy glycine and nac as single ones, much cheaper
I tried this at this guys recommendation, the results were such that I do not recommend it. Of course the adverse affects I got could have been from some other unknown factor. b I notice he looks a bit older now.
don’t we all?
Donuts 🍩 🍩 🍩 are loaded with Glynac 😅 so feast on some today with your ☕️
how much of each?
Why dont you talk about the PH of the body & how a slightly more alkaline PH is ideal for slowing down aging? Or do you just copy everyone elses work?
Why so many haters in these comments. Can you link any of the studies please.
Does excess glycine interact with antideppresants. I took 10g of collagen and felt depressed.
It raises DHT. If you already have symptoms of low estrogen or don’t have any room to spare in your androgen to estrogen ratio then that was likely the cause. I have the same experience
Isnt glynac just glycine with NAC? they are not bonded, right?
yea
