  1. My #1. supplement for effectiveness is high-dose TUDCA (for cholestatis/bile flow. #2. B-Complex (containing Niacinamide, Benfotiamine, Methylcobalamin, and Choline). #3. Creatine (goes without saying, it’s very effective)

  3. Hey Siim! How can we get your list where you rank the supplements? What about Omega 3? Omega 3 does so many things! It should be at least in the Top 10!

    • He has fish oil and krill oil. So he鈥檚 getting the Omega3 in the form of DHA and EPA. It鈥檚 also great that he鈥檚 trying both because there is some data to show ones greater efficacy over the other

  4. Hi Siim, regards to NAC on your website it doesn’t seem clear when you take it. Maybe 2 times per week only? Is that enough? I’m assuming you don’t want it to kill your gains so maybe those are your days off training?

    • usually you can’t trick your body that easy. Sounds a bit like bodybuilder who only do a caloric deficit on rest days thinking that would somehow make them lean and big at the same time.

    • 鈥婡Random Guythat actually would work. A 36hr fast increases GH above baseline afterwards and is short enough not to slow your metabolism.

  8. Hi, thanks for the summary. But how exactly did you determine what works best for you if you have been taking 180 different supplements? For me that is impossible to do. The top 5 correlate with recommendations from other channels. What was your personal process to come up with those?
