  3. Thanks for video. Btw i recently started watching you and I don’t remember you mentioning water, or i missed something, any tips on what to drink and how much?

    • Dietary cholesterol doesn’t do much. Saturated fat does
      Increasing fiber, fixing thyroid, getting enough sunlight, losing weight, doing cardio, more copper less zinc

  4. losing blood for test is not smart because you do actually lose life in the process.
    i quit 13 years ago after 2 blood tests with unprecedent superman results.

  5. Is not your blood sugar too low? Lowest all cause mortality is 80 -94. Lower does not appear to be better (with respect to longevity). The mortality studies may not always be the best yard stick, but for now they appear to be the best measurement tool

    • It’s not low like that all the time. I was deliberately dropping it lower over the past few weeks in preparation for my epigenetic test

  7. Siim, can I ask your expertise on something? What is your opinion on whole grain cookies and crackers? High in protein, fibre and low in sugar. The ones I buy are also covered in flax, pumpkin,sunflower and sesame seeds. So I’m even getting omegas3’s. On paper these should be good, BUT….here it comes! They’re baked and have rapeseed or sunflower oil in them. My concern is obviously the oils that get heated and also the AGEs. Would you eat them? Do you think they’re healthy foods, counting the positives and negatives?
