      : Maybe it’s time you started your own supplement brand and start selling these research-backed combo products to save us all from the dreaded Countertop Of Inconvenient Powder Bottles! The five supplements you mention in this video alone would be a perfect pre-sleep stack. Maybe add in Apigenin(makes people sleepy, but anti-aging effects) and some other “sleepytime” favorites, or not, and make BANK. Same with your other faves, make a two-formula stack and sell for cheap and you’ll gain on pure market share from people that know value in your formulas.

  5. Thanks Siim! Appreciate your videos! Which form of glucosamine and how much? How much melatonin?
    I take 12-15 grams of Glycine daily plus 1 gram NAC, 0.5 mg melatonin, 500 mg Inositol, magnesium topical oil spray, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2. ❤

  6. After glycine and collagen supplements, I found fibroma in my arm. Surgery next month. Maybe related, maybe not. “Some studies have shown that taking supplements, such as chondroitin or vitamin C that promote collagen production, can increase the risk of developing fibroma when taken in excess.”

    • What dose and frequency did you have for vitamin C and collagen? It’s helpful to share this so others can take your data point and potentially correct and do their own research. Not a gotcha moment, but if you write actual sentences like you do and aren’t just doing a pointless driveby like so many other comments, you really do owe us a full enough picture relating to potential adverse affects since you make a claim of such and it seems to be your intention to educate, so educate. Otherwise, don’t bother half-sharing ever again since it just sounds like scaremongering at best and trolling at worst. Substantiate the unsubstantitated!

    I don’t believe in collagen(glycine) at all for myself. Never took it and got perfect skin that looks 20+ years younger. I do eat fish+bones and raw herring is full of creatine. The yeasts are just probiotics+B complex vitamins and chromium. Never took a D3 supplement because my blood levels are above 100 nmol/L year round. Much higher than most pill swallowers. Near zero inflammation, low blood sugar, fasting and CR are key.

Tried to order the melatonin you taked about in your previous video i applied the code SIM and never got the 10% discount paid full price not a huge difference relatively cheap product just the code isn’t working you might want to contact them and mention that. Also glucosamine what kind? How many grams empty stomach with meal morning evenings? Thanks

  9. As a post menopausal woman, what would you recommend for bone health if you cannot consume dairy? There is conflicting info about taking calcium supplements. I would greatly appreciate your wisdom!❤❤❤

    Also, I want to avoid oxalates and I know they minimize absorption anyways so no spinach, kale and the like.

  10. At what age should one start with melatonin daily?
    At what age should one start with NAC daily, even on training days – and if so for how long before or after training?

  11. NAC, I’m wondering when to take this when I’m trying to gain muscle. I’m thinking to try to find a dose where I still get sore after workouts. Glucosamine is also a powerful antioxidant so I’m wondering on the dose and timing of that so that I’m not taking too many antioxidants at the same time, for the same reason as NAC.
