    Is there much difference between gelatine and collagen powder?

    I read somewhere that collagen peptides are “pre-digested” and hence can sometimes cause histamine issues, whereas gelatine is not, per se.

    Anyone have any insight(s) into this and whether the above is true etc.?

  2. Nothing. Literally nothing has been “proven to slow down aging.”

    My guy, we don’t even know what aging is yet. All we have are markers of it. Just because one manages to improve one marker, or 5, or 10 does not mean they’ve “reversed aging.” It just means they’ve improved their health.

    I swear, it’s like some people trim their fingernails and claim to have reversed the age of their cuticles by two weeks.
