The longer the ingredients list of a packaged food product, the unhealthier it is.
I get it and personally can’t stand the people that THINK they’re eating healthy. Like, no joke, had a buddy chowing down on some corn cob when he made the comment about not eating GMO produce. So I slowly turned and asked, “So… how’s that wheat taste?”.

Meusli is easy to make and delicious. I mix rolled oats, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, and freeze dried berries, and it’s great. No cooking – the oats are steamed when they are rolled. I’m sure there’s a million ways to make this, but I’m gluten intolerant and this is what I do that works for me. Just throwing this out in case anyone is interested.

I ate margarine my whole childhood. Butter was a pain to spread. Is margarine really that bad? I never had any issues with it.
I was the same as you. Margarine is full of seed oils, so yes, it is inflammatory. Sadly.
@liemon what is wrong with seed oils? I just hear people say it but what is the actual mechanism by which they cause harm?
Living in the US, in the timespan of a day if I don’t consume petroleum products, aluminum, titanium etc, then I consider it a very successful day foodwise. It’s like dodging bullets
As long as you still dont understand that plant based diet is healthy you are unfortunately misleading youself and others . Eating animals nowadays is not healthy and is unnecessary. You think you know a lot but one big lesson you are just not learning at all so far with your 28/29 of age!?. Is it just beeing stuborn or what else is hindering you true knowledge ?.Its unbelievable to a certain degree cause you seem like a educated and open mind. But…hmmm.
