Hidden Hazards in Your Home! 🏠
Did you know that plastic containers could pose health risks? While they're convenient, avoid microwaving or heating them up.
High temperatures release microplastics and xenoestrogens from the plastic into your food, potentially affecting your fertility, hormones, and overall health.
For storage in the fridge or cupboard, plastic containers are acceptable since they won't be heated. However, when cooking or reheating, opt for safer alternatives like stainless steel, glass, or porcelain.
Take small steps to safeguard your health! Swap out plastics for safer alternatives and create a healthier living space.

My body actually loves the plastics and chemicals!
Why is it that it’s always xenoestrogen, never xenotestosterone, xenodopamine or whatever other hormone?
Actually the way they noticed the estrogenic effects of BPA happened in a test tube made of plastic, in laboratory conditions which mostly use a neutral or cool temperature. I would say storing any type of moist food in plastic is not safe, maybe excluding the freezer.
More like any type of fatty food. Hormones are fat soluble.
@Tim Hetfeld this too.
Stainless steel in microwaves for 4th of July effect 🔥
So you are saying by using fragrances I am partially chemically castrating myself
I guess it should only matter to those who want to have children or more
Very true.
