Unless you start taking steroids, you won’t bulk up lifting heavy weights. I work out at a gym with bikini and fitness competitors and learned about that myth. Women get more shapely, lifted and strong. We don’t have enough natural testosterone to bulk up without the use of synthetic drugs.
This is one of the major beliefs that keeps women from lifting. They want to be toned but don’t realize that being toned just means building muscle and losing body fat 😅

I’ve started my keto/ low carb journey this week and have been tracking and good all week but had a apple cider donut while out at the fall festival with my kids! I feel bad about it it was about 36g of carbs alone.. but it’s okay.. back to it!
Personally I didn’t realize how sensitive I was to certain foods until I changed to a low carb lifestyle. Adding food back in occasionally here and there I definitely feel that and it’s not fun. My body is now better at telling me for sure! It’s helpful to listen to your own body because we are all different. Started following you for food ideas and still watching you as it keeps me motivated.
