    I lost 138 pounds from 2015 to 2016, and maintained, but gained weight after having my son in 2021. Just now getting my barrings and trying to lose my 30lbs to get back down to my lowest weight in a healthy and steady way.

  7. Thank you Myra! I lost over 80 pounds on Keto and i regained 30. I weigh about 191 today, from 166. You’ve inspired me today. I re-started my weight loss journey yesterday and did some meal prep as well. It was by a fortunate stroke of luck to see that you’re working at it too.

    You look so good. I understand it’s the way we feel, not how we look that prompts us to want to trim down.

    • I had lost 60 pounds and probably have regained 25-30 pounds. I haven’t gotten on the scale but I know from how my clothes fit. I restarted keto Monday … On day 5 and feel better already! I completely fell off from May-Oct. I hope to lose it by Christmas. I wish you success on your journey!!

    • I am so with you! I lost 44 pounds over four years ago and over the last 8-10 months have put back on 20 pds. I have lost my motivation and due to knee issues have stopped working out as much! I need this group support to get back into Keto!

    • @Tracy Atkinson I’m blaming 2020! It wrecked my life. I’m still trying to recover. So many people lost their jobs and were idle and isolated. I’m bouncing back slowly.

In my 30’s I weighed 365, took me 2 years and I went down to 155 lbs, I maintained it for many years until 2021/22 when Covid hit and I was diagnosed with 22 different medical conditions and I’m in my 50’s now. Not working, bored out of my mind, stopped exercising, eating processed food, I weighed myself March 2023, I was at 250 lbs, It’s now October 2023, I weighed earlier this week, I’m at 170 lbs, from exercising and eating only vegetables, some fruits, meat, eggs and water. I was able to cure two medical conditions. It is very easy to get into a slump. I tell everyone don’t be so hard on yourself, just get back to living a healthier life style. Myra, I love both the keto and low carb recipes you share. I also learned a lot about fasting after you talked about it awhile back ago on one of your podcasts, so I have started fasting for about a month now, does wonders! Prepping did help me in the beginning and I do prep a lot of my vegetables in containers. At my age, 54, I’m not looking to be skinny minny, I just want to feel healthy and feel good. Keep your podcast going, it has helped a lot of viewers!

  12. I still have my ice cream at least once a week instead of every night. I use a tiny bowl (about one scoop) or a mini ice cream sandwich. Had your waffles this morning for breakfast,I make them in batches and freeze. Love your chia pudding recipe also. I weigh myself every morning just to make sure I’m not slipping.

    • @sassysue67 I bought a Ninja Creami to make homemade ice cream to control the ingredients. It’s super worth it. You can use fresh berries, sugar-free almond or coconut milk, swerve & and vanilla or other flavored extracts. Also adding a scoop of isopure protein powder & you get a delicious ice cream. So many choices. It’s been a huge treat for me & my 4+ keto lifestyle journey.

  19. As most of us women feel about showing the scale to anyone, I really appreciate you being so open with us. IF has such a big impact on my weight loss. I tried 24hr IF and it was no problem. But then when it was time to eat, I think I was so excited I ate more than I should have. I need to regain my discipline. Hard boiled eggs is my go to along with your recipe of bagels. I made a bunch and froze them. Your channel has been extremely helpful on this journey though so thank you!!
