  1. Acid reflux sufferer here. 😢 A slave to Omeprazole 💯 Miss a dose and feel like I’m having a heart attack.

Too low acid is what we hear, take apple cider vinegar we hear.

Well… been there done that. Woke up with the WORST reflux attack of my life! 😮 I legit thought I was gonna die. My throat closed up on me.

So…. how can it be an issue of too little acid and then you add acid and it exploded worse than ever before? How then does one FIX a low acid problem? 🤷‍♀️

    • @Bantiechick hmm. I don’t know. The longest I fasted once was like 25 or 26 hours. I wanted to make it to 30 but broke early because my blood sugar was dropping fast (it went from the 70s to the high 50s over the course of an hour). I’m a type 2 diabetic and my husband got worried so…. 🤷‍♀️

    • Don’t drink anything which makes your esophagus spinchter hole loose, like alcohol, coffee etc. Avoid them at any cost. You will definitely be relieved after some time. And do more excercise. (Talking on personal basis, i was suffering from this too, it helped for me, may be for you too.)

    • @अज्ञेय thank you! I’m going to try to give up coffee in the Spring when it warms up. I just can’t do it this time of year.

  2. Wow I’ve never even heard of that condition but my husband has asthma and acid reflux so definitely going to be looking into this thank you!

  3. Thank you Dr Berg❤️
This may be the cause of all my husband’s health issues. You make it simple to understand. God bless you & your family.

  4. I don’t have Gerd, at all. As a matter of fact I can drink buffalo sauce shots before bed and be completly fine. But, I think I do have a mild form of sleep apnea because my watch says my O2 sat gets down to the mid 80’s during sleep. And I tend to toss and turn. I’m a sloooow deep breather. Probably in the range of 10-12 a minute when laying down. I wonder if there is a link with slow breathers and different forms of potential sleep apnea…

  5. There could be two different symptoms.

    respiratory alkalosys OR respiratory acidosis

Smoking, drinking, chronic lung allergies, upper respiratory tract inflammation (sinusitis/Pharyngitis/Laryngitis/Nasal Polyps/Bronchitis/deviated nasal septum), insulin resistance, heart or coronary diseases, sedentary and stressful lifestyle are considered some of the primary root causes.

Antacids might exacerbate alkalosis as a side effect but not the main culprit. Although antacids, antibiotics, and painkillers are bad for us in general.

Reducing weight, quitting smoking & drinking, reducing exposure to allergens, following keto diet & IF, with regular cardio and pranayam yoga are some of the treatments.

  6. Is there a video about all possible sleeping problems? Please help. And thank you SO SO much for your steadfast loyalty to your listeners we appreciate you so very much and we pray all opposition becomes dust at your feet so you continue to do what you do best ;help others with information

  7. This is true, I spent 10 years trying to get to the bottom of this problem. I had digestive issues and took stuff to fix it and my respiratory problem went away.

  8. What does it mean when you sleep so well, you don’t even dream? I’m not talking about REM sleep. I’m talking about actual dreams. Its like I took down the antenna and I stare at a blank screen every night.

Don’t get me wrong, I love it. I sleep so well. I think it has a lot to do with diet. When I used to eat junk food growing up, I had stupid dreams.

  9. No one discusses sleeping too well which can be a problem. I sleep like I’m in a coma and it takes hours for the brain to wake up after I wake up for the day. It’s horrible being that brain fog/stupor state every morning when I don’t even drink alcohol.
