24 years now avoiding eggs and i am far way healthier than average, i am 45 and only drunk coffee when i was 16. my mother in the other hand took coffee and eggs and died of heart

died of heart attack+ sugar diabetes crisis + asfixya by doctors because forced her to assisted breathing and she didn’t know how to (she tried before because my father has a breathing machine) whom also syringed to induce coma + drugs that gave her diarreah.

Hi Siim, it’s been awhile since I commented – four out of five ain’t bad. for me, i choose to be safe from olive oil that potentially can clog up heart arteries as any oils can. i stay away from high heat too, usually boiling point is most of my diet, or 350-375 degrees baking. very good, stay safe and peace out. a note on the eggs, soft boiled or runny yolks have the best bioavailability, hard boiled don’t count. egg white injury factor would take 24 eggs eaten raw to cause anyone problems. yep i eat as many as i can on a daily basis, got my push ups up to 200 on any given day. i currently am 65, doing well w/the 90 nutrients we all need. nice video, thank you.

Are these his opinions since some things have been proven wrong like coffee which is way too much. Also people should watch out since you need to take precaution since chocolate for example has lead some say which you need to take others things to detox from it.
Its like sure the list shows benefits for some things but determents for others if not taking precautions.
All these health gurus are the same it feels to say something without giving the full picture.
