  2. Thanks Dr Berg I think the whole humanity should make note of this hidden disease inflammation in my experience most of the inflammation is picked from increased restaurant eating frequency

    • yep, eating out at restuarants frequently is really bad. even when you order their so called healthy options. thats why I never eat out anywhere.
huge mistrust in the fast food and regular restuarants

    • Frozen food in a box disrupts me in a number of ways. If I consume MSG in any form, my nerves go haywire and my body tingles all over.

    • @Plaubel Makina I tend to get a giant pimple in the back of my head because the worms doesn’t like it.

    • I’ve never heard him promote any pharmaceutical products which are making big pharma wealthy beyond belief. That’s the bottom line.

  7. #3 Stress. I had debilitating back pain in my 20s. I worked for chiropractors so got adjusted when needed. Went to an orthopedic who said I had compressed spine but I had no injury or accident that would have caused it. I tried acupuncture, PT, pills, exercise, nothing helped until someone told me about a book… Healing Back Pain, The Mind Body Connection. I was running on the treadmill within a week before finishing the book. It took a lot of pushing through the pain off and on to tell my brain and back I was in charge and there was nonreal reason for the pain. Stress and body pain are for real. Almost 30 yrs later, of my back starts to tighten up, I move, jump, get on a treadmill, do something to loosen it and let it know I am the boss, not my stress.

    • Have you had your vitamin D levels tested? It is a huge, huge factor for back pain! Also magnesium glycinate is excellent as most of us are deficient.

    • @Allison Lee It was 30 yrs ago. Fine now. It was stress due to a difficult breakup that took months for me to connect.

  9. When I watch your wonderful videos, I remember and recognize that I had so many issues that all of them were because of low vitamin D in my body, and my doctor never checked my vitamin D. He just prescribed more and more antibiotics. He never paid attention to my problems. One of my minor problems was inflammation. I really appreciate your help, dear Dr. Berg.
