    • @@jdaza1987 the only option for flavor was raspberry & lemon. i love it, as it reminds me of “fruit loops” cereal (which i have not had for many years)

      it has more potassium than any other, that i have found.

      i dont see how much sugar is in it, as its not listed, but i think he likes low to no sugar so im hopeful its low in that.

    • ​@@gailsfoodmusicandstuffIt does not have any sugar in it. It has stevia as a natural sweetener that does not trigger your insulin. It’s really great.
