  2. So this thing might be beneficial for an elderly who has daily nerve pain due to a Shingles infection that happened over 5 years ago?

  4. If you look at all the older runners I’ve been told that the people that ran early in life never do well later in life. Basically they’ve hurt their joints and stuff. So if you’re training and you’re wearing out your joints at all then you’re not helping at all you need to do training that does not damage the joints whatsoever and almost any kind of intense weightlifting I’m thinking is damaging. Or if you look at CrossFit people they almost always have injuries. So people that like to train hard pretty much hurt themselves.

  5. Hands down the best investment I’ve made for fitness. Almost 2 years now. It could be more affordable so everyone could have one, and should have one.

  6. I suspect that most centenarians have done little or no weight lifting / running from age 65 and above. I doubt that resistance training is the # 1 biohack for longevity. Don’t get me a wrong, I think resistance training is a good thing. I just don’t think it’s the number 1 biohack.
