Please talk about how ALL fat soluble vitamins capsules are made with Glycerin/ Glycerol/ Vegetable Glycerin …and the serious harm this causes!!!!!
This is an excelent video, IMO. It is very helpful to have this information that can help optimize protein intake and timing according to studies. This is actionable information.
I don’t think NAC is an antioxidant it’s a component and limiting factor for the body to produce the master antioxidant glutathione. An increase in NAC will not increase glutathione randomly it’s on a demand basis made and used in particular areas in the body. If you managed to absorb exogenous glutathione or another antioxidant it is not regulated and targeted. NAC will have greater potential benefit for the elderly since they have a lower ability to synthesize NAC on their own. Taking NAC when you don’t need it will not artificially elevate your antioxidant levels where it’s not favorable.

NAC is an antoxidant. It can scavenge free radicals in the body. Besides acting as a direct antioxidant, it also builds glutathione levels.
