    • yeah its more about the weight lifting, boron, calcium, k2 and vit d but i think his list goes on and on and on 😀

  1. very good job well done Siim Land, now if you only had the rest of the minerals, and the other 30 essentials, and a hair analysis ( i could use one too), you would be closer to batting a thousand. this is where my gold standard research has taken me, i feel epidemiological studies are comparatively like a broken clock, correct twice out of twenty four times hourly. That is being generous. A+

  2. Getting calcium is hard for me. I’m allergic to dairy and soy, the two most obvious sources of calcium. I life weights, but my bone density is below average.

    • Dairy is one of the worst sources of calcium. the best sources of calcium are dark green leefy vegetables but legumes, nuts and seeds are also relatively high in calcium. Also, calcium in plants is 30% more absorbable than calcium in dairy! No problem to get enough calcium only from plants.
