  1. Thank you Dr. Berg.
I love this idea. This is a great way for me to share with my family, how to shop for healthy foods without feeling like I’m being a nag.

    • Yep…tell your family too much true info & they start to tune you out. Their brains can’t handle the overload of truth. ✌️

    • Yes this is 100% true my family tune me out when I talk about the benefits of eating healthy food lol. @@hestermofet6350

    • Yes, you tell your family all the things and they look at you like you have 2 heads! And then they hear the same thing from someone else and they consider it fact! That really irritates me to no end 😖 Hey, but at least their paying attention to someone 👍

  2. Dr. Berg in the world! More of this please! It’s obvious how much you care about helping humanity be well and healthy. Thank you

  3. Great collab! That corn oil in a yellow container just looks like oil for the car, so toxic. Reading labels is becoming a new hobby for me. More videos like this, please. Thanks, Dr Berg and Bobby 💕

  4. Woah 🤯 you guys are the best! I was shocked this morning to see this dynamic duo working in tandem covering such important topics for our health. Wish I could bump into you kind gentleman and just watch you in action. What an honor to watch and learn. Thank you!

  5. Absolutely loved this video, Dr. Berg! Great way to inform consumers on better choices to make in our everyday lives. Some people may not be able to afford high end supplements but making informed decisions on purchasing items we use/need everyday is so helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and educating us! PLEASE continue to make videos like this one.

  6. This was great! I love that you and Bobby are collaborating together helping us to know what food we should or shouldn’t eat. I’ve been following you Dr Berg for about 5 years and I just found Bobby a couple weeks ago, what a great team!

  7. This is awesome! I just went to Costco the other day and picked up the avocado oil mayonnaise! I’m slowly trying to swap out what I currently have for healthier options. I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work! ❤

    • Absolutely loved this. And so glad y’all included fermented sauerkraut 🙌 Ok, I learned a few things … 1) Our family always used Hellman’s Mayo. I’ll switch that up now! Plus I noticed the “ingredients derived from a “BIOENGINEERED” source”, stated on the side of the label 😮 2) I always thought Grapeseed oil was a decent oil. Never putting 2 and 2 together when y’all always say NO seed oils ~ DUH 🤦‍♀️ Thx for such an eye opening idea! Do more of these …. 👍👍😁

    • Good stuff, Bobby. Would have liked to see what vitamins you thought were a good idea, especially your opinion on the Kirkland organic multivitamin.

  8. Love seeing you both collaborate in food nutrition education. It’s important to understand clean verses toxic and so many are unaware. We will all be healthier as a result! Thank you!

  9. I really appreciate this collaboration, Dr. Berg.
Some months ago I downloaded the Bobby Approved app.
Dare I say I’ve been imprudent about taking it as seriously as I really should.

Seeing you two together talk optimal choice for best health really puts a feather in my cap.
I feel officially dialed up, especially because you guys are at a warehouse store many human beings spend hundreds and thousands of dollars at.

Soooi bummed to hear about One a days, glad for the lessons, though.

    Huge thanks!

  10. I would LOVE this to be a regular series! One comment about Wildbrine, since it is a LIVE cultured food, make sure to use a clean spoon to remove a portion every time AND press it down to keep the sauerkraut BELOW the liquid.

  11. “Fantastic collaboration, Dr. Berg! I’ve been a follower of your work for a long time, and I must say, this collaboration stands out as one of the best. As someone who regularly shops at Costco, I’m always eager to learn about the finer details and insider tips. It’s been incredibly insightful. Also, a special thanks for including Bob in this venture. His contributions have definitely added a valuable dimension. Appreciate all the insights and looking forward to more such collaborations!”

  12. I LOVED the two of you together! At the end when you noted the ingredient list of the multi vitamin I hoped to hear about a better alternative.

  13. More content like this please. Your explanation of how and why these food are good for you , makes it much easier to understand . Thank you !!

  14. Oh I love you two doing this teaching us out in stores together. This is an incredible blend of knowledge and health!🙌🏼🙌🏼

  15. I loved this type of content Dr. Berg! We definitely can learn more about nutrition and your guidance is truly invaluable. Thank you. Thank you. 🙏🏼

  16. I have been watching both of you for some time now, and when I saw the two of you together, I got super excited. I’m currently revamping meals for our family of four, particularly looking to increasing leafy greens and moving towards gluten-free products. I would be interested to locate and find options – frozen and fresh for leafy greens. I would be interested in finding online options for gluten-free. Additionally, I’m looking to increase protein intake per meal to stay satiated longer. Grateful for you two! ❤
